And, I was just having fun. I honestly don't CARE what my videos look like. They are one of the ways I get rid of stress. But, in this case, its just causing more.

I totally agree with what youre saying. It /is/ annoying, and even though I myself do use Vegas, I refuse to enter "Vegas Only" MEP's, out of principle because of how wrong it is. I also know what you mean about overlaying images, ive seen a fair few examples (not naming names! XD) and it just looks cheap, tacky and doesnt show any real skill. =/

but you have to respect some people's rules, everyone has certain rules for MEP's even if they're harsh

but I like holding MEP's that allow every program allowed

I don't mind Vegas only MEP's but tbh I've seen none btu I have seen a lot of WMM only ones and a load of WMM only contests theres only ever been one Vegas only contest and people are bitching at her for having it like that but someone awhile ago pointed out a few good facts such as WMM isn't the first ever video making thing out there Adobe was followed by Vegas then WMM and that Vegas users don't action pack their vids with effects but WMM does too so yea its not the program its the user

I must say that sometimes I do overlay clips to lyrics because I can't decide over one or the other because they both fit the lyrics well, however if the clips I overlay look too busy and don't look smooth I'll choose between the two. I don't think it's a bad thing when it's used in correct context but I don't like seeing overlayed clips in slow videos.

Anyways, I like the preview! and I can't wait to see it :D

As for the Vegas only MEPS, I think they are perfectly fine. It's their MEP, they set the rules. No one else. Both groups get annoyed at the other for one reason or another. I'm sure all the Vegas users aren't very happy about all the anti-Vegas videos that have been going up recently.

Vegas isn't evil. WMM isn't either. Some just prefer one over the other. Let them.

Besides: where does this leave the imovie and Adobe users? Lol.
