  • This looks like a tribute to Kung Fu Master from irem.

  • Karate must have some inherent flaws if their students and teachers can't get the hell along. I guess their sanctions don't work either, huh? That's what happens when you back things by religion, philosophy or fanciful spiritualism. Personally I think people should just not wrong each other.

  • hmm, the color pallette looks too good for being in a true retro game console, and the sprite animations of the character are too good, i don't really think that this game could run on a NES or similar system...

  • @santywii maybe it's a tribute to a PC machine instead this time. PC in the '80 can play early 16bit games.

  • @PissedPlayinPimp lmao, .... LMAO

  • I'm glad to see this game finally getting some internet coverage, game appears to be mostly unknown, which is a shame since it's a pretty fun game in it's own right.

  • This game was actually quite outstanding if it was made in 1985... However, I have never heard of this game before. I really wonder what system it is... MSX?

  • It's part of a collection of mock classic games called Game Center CX (based on a TV show)

It wasn't really made in 1985

  • What system is this game paying tribute to? PC Engine maybe?

  • Maybe the MSX/MSX2 or the Sharp X68000. I'm not actually certain.

  • Oh, so this game was kinda made recently?

  • Yes, last year if I'm not mistaken. May have been late 2008.

  • @tbirddddd I find it a mixture of KARATEKA and Spartan
