Me and my mom watch this movie everytime I visit her. We quote all our favorite lines from this movie. It's "our" movie. So beautiful and moving. It makes me want to time travel back into the 1940's and be a part of history. :)

I love the way the still picture of the team photo. .focusing on Dottie and Kit dissolves into the live action ending featuring the hauntily beautiful Madonna song. This movie is a classic and one of my alltime favs. I've watched it so many times I've lost count. Thanks for posting it. It's a tribute to the American game and those of us who love it. Penny Marshall nailed this one.
