I am so happy for you both. The day I became a mom changed my life forever! The love you feel for a child there just no explanation for it.

I've been a support person (doula) for many friends (and some strangers) during labor and delivery. It's an awsome experience. Because you will have your best friend with you during labor and delivery, your husband will feel free to come and go. He won't feel pressured and will most likely want to stay. Congratulations!

Congrats! I am just soooo happy for you guys. I had the same issue with the HB not being heard in my last pregnacy. They did U/S each time to find the baby, since I'd had a miscarriage the pregnancy before. April is a great month to have babies, 2 of my 3 were born in April. We always found out what the sex was, as well. Either way was fine, but we wanted to know. AJ will do better the closer you get. And the day of may be when he decides when he has to be there. take care - jenn
