This rabbit is not sleeping, hes in his "play dead" mode this is not a good thing to let him do because 1. hes afraid of you to the point he feels the need to do this or 2. you did this on purpose which makes the rabbit fearful of you, you should only ever do this if you need to trim his toe nails
