I think this is good, especially if you dont overdo this and this doesnt turn into an addiction itself. We all need to find distractions, but in finding distractions we still need to deal with the ED and not let it sit on theback burner only to return stronger later. Stay strong and keep fighting. it gets the endorphins (sp) going and my mood just feels so much better.

Also forgot to add, I put a little bit of protein powder in my water, it helps. out because I don't like meat much, and it helps when working out.
