  • Catchy tune it is...

  • i love it

  • Cheers !!! Paul and all !!!

  • Great song! I love his voice <3333 The delay makes it sound even better!

Almost the same melody as "Mama's Little Girl".

  • could have been on the white album easy maybe that could have even been a triple album that would been good ha ha

  • A lot better than the one on Wingspan

  • WISHIN U PAUL ALL THE BEST AT THE UP N COMING GRAMMY AWARDS 2011! HEY DIDDLE! XOZ2U

  • Better than Yoko's singing.

  • OMG I've never heard this version before. :D

  • This is a released track

  • genius

  • Paul McCartney in his prime was the most prolific musician, his voice was distinct, you immediately thinks of The Beatles when you hear this reedy voice.

  • @WiltatKansas Macca is always the voice trib bands can't get right!

  • Oh, Linda´s vocals are great here! HOW could anybody say she couldn´t sing?

  • @MichalFokt Because they are jealous

  • Was this originally recorded to be on "Ram/" It has the same kind of feel to it as the songs on that album. I have seen the "live" version of this song in Scotland but never this version. I love it!!!

  • this song is amazing! i can't believe i've never heard it before!

  • I just love this song!

  • Love Paul's country work. Definately gotta love Paul's early stuff!!!!

  • Tuning is EADFGCE. Took me forever to figure this out until i heard the repeated open notes.

  • @s0cialexperiment thats seven strings? i pretty sure its just every string a tone down just like he does on yesterday, i will and jenny wren. on the demo of this song it follows a bip bop demo which is also played in said tuning.

  • He doesn't put fiddling like that on his songs. I'm sure this is genuine but it's also a little bit suspect.

  • The tune comes again and again, as the very folk songs, and instrumental background grows and grows. It's cyclical music. All folk songs are cyclical and repetitive. It's just one of the awesome huges skills of Maccamatraca!! He also has very complexes songs (like Uncle Albert/ Admiral Hasley and many others), but he knows mix and alternize each noble music style. Macca's the best musician of Modern Age.

  • cool picture- it looks like a Magritte painting!

  • Its closest relative is ***WHAT IS IT?*** that 'unnamed' song in between Cry Baby Cry and Revolution 9 from the White Album.

They both have that weird unspoken tension - almost a quality of suspense...

  • @YearOfCam It's called "Can you take me back" and the longer version is on youtube. Enjoy :)

  • FABULOUS!

  • this is amazing.

RAM is my favorite album of his, and now at long last... i hear some outtakes.

    this is just perfect!

  • Where did this song even come from?

  • lol what the mf?

  • This is such a great song. Can somebody get me the tabs for this awesome song????

  • I had this and bip bop on a mix cd. When I would play it at my work (@ a science store) kids would always start dancing when these came up :)

  • Paul really needs to look through all of his old never released tracks and albums and release them NOW!!!

  • cute pic of him!

  • yeh rite

thats all i saw wasnt paying attention to the songlol

    just kiddin love the song

this is gonna be stuck in me head for a while

    gotta love him!!! <3

  • love the vocals

  • great song why its not in the records?

  • Maybe he felt it was too repetitious? The verse tune is quite amazing, however..

  • A great song from the "Cold Cuts" Lp.

  • Yep. Simple, but great.

  • I love Paul McCartney; what happened to his eye in that picture?

  • I think he was mid-blink.
