Maybe not.. if you look on Ebay You can just buy the phone (used most of the time slightly) and not have to worry about 40 $ a month. most of the time it gonna cost you from 200 - 289 $.

is this phone actually playing the video or is it just receiving the video output of a server thats playing the video. some phones do that they allow youtube playing but what your seeing is just a video out from the carrier's server as its playing the video it streams what the server sees to your phone. but I think im gonna like this phone b/c it looks like its really playing the video. and other ppl have commented saying it has a full browser.
