This can and does occur naturally. I've been watching the sky since I was a kid in the 70s and remember seeing this many times. It even had a name. Herringbone cloud. It's caused by gravity waves. Now, because I've been watching the sky for so long I also know chemtrails have polluted our skys beyond recognition and that they tend to break up in the same way. My guess isthat what we are seeing is a visible manifestation of artificially induced frequencies mimicing gravity waves. HAARP anyone?

as for when: it doesnt matter, it can happen anytime. As for where: it doesnt matter, it doesnt happen there much but it happens there enough. It happens here a lot. But not freaky. More like slightly cool or interesting.
