The short has to be 200 ohm resistor you have in your pocket. 5. The third wire must short to power ! 6. All these wires must stay attached while driving over curbs hitting obstacles etc. This is one of the biggest Hoaxes in Us History - Does NBC use Bernie Madoff as a consultant? NBC did a better job on the Chev pickup Hoax they made in 92.

This suit will never succeed due to the evidence contained in the car's Event Data Recorder that is part of the cars air bag computer and records brake pedal and gas pedal movement prior to and up to the time of an accident.- If you are thinking of suing you should find out what your EDR says prior to filing.

The problem is an electronic problem. A weak magnetic pulse from cell phone or road sensor will cause full throttle effect.
The hall effect sensor picks up magnetic road sensor pulse. Take a magnet and place it near your gas pedal and see what happens. There is a magnetic strip inside that sits in front of the sensor. The void is where they magnetize the tapered metal strips. The metal part they are putting in looks like it will shield the hall effect sensor.
