this is the sort of thing I always pictured having in my fantasies of having a huge live show. Sci-Fi-esque look and a bunch of control. I don't know what you guys hate about it so much, I excell with more control over my music. stuff like this lets me be creative in a way that previous formats can't. and the look of the whole thing really sends it over the top. Its almost like seeing the Daft Punk pyramid light up. If this is the future then I am down with that.

@xSpecialEDDx i think it's so fake to mixe with it in the clubs,last week i saw a guy to mix with it, it looks so cheap and i know the guy he is deejay just 6-7 months ago ,sorry but i work on decks 5years ago ... i start with Vinyl and yet i done it with CDs on Cdjs from Pioneer ... yet i use both. Traktor is also cheap with he's Sync Technologie.It's cool to do new tracks ur right but if you mix with it in clubs just to go to Song ´´A´´ to Song ´´ B´´ it looks Cheap and not professional

you can make this. its really easy!!!. all you need is a projector, a clear frame, a white sheet, ifrared leds (cheap), eye toy camera, less than $150. google home made multi touch table, and apply it like a projector!

@DirtyThumper That's not true at all. Look at what this rig is capable of: Playing a couple of tracks simultaneously and basic temporal editing. Because of touch-screen lag, this thing is incapable of real-time scratching (which is why you see this DJ try to show it off but totally throw a beat), which means that it is actually less powerful than a simple turntable. This is just really cool-looking, that's all. To each their own style of DJ controller.

Whilst it is a full on cool gadget, and seems pricey, I cannot see this being an industry standard

Too bulky to carry, fragile, and the controls whilst looking like cheap but similar version to NI's Traktor compared to Traktor and Virtual DJ this has a long way to go, I have a touch screen monitor but I always use my Numark Midi controller

i would never dj on a touch screen, in the heat of the moment I find that your fingertips sometimes run into quite a bit of friction on a touch device making the finger bounce a little while being dragged making it a lot harder to be precise with dials or scratching. In addition there is no physical feed back
