@LolOldSnake Nope. If you get to the police station without picking anything up brad will appear as a zombie in the passage below the entrance of the police station. He takes quite a lot of bullets too! He has a "special key" which opens a locker in a save room which gives Leon and Claire alternate clothing and a different handgun option.
