In 7th grade, A former baseball coach of mine told me I would never start. He said I was never going to be good enough. Cut to my senior year of high school, and I was named my team's MVP. Watching this video brings all of that back; the agony of being told I would never become something on the diamond, the hard work and sleepless nights in the batting cage, and finally being rewarded for my efforts.
