@TheUfonautas Part 1: Kurt was found lying against the wall with a shotgun next to him. If he had committed suicide with a 12 gauge he would have had to pull the trigger with his toe or an object. He had his shoes on and their was no object in the immediate area of his body that suggested he pulled the trigger. His "Suicide Note" if you analyze it, was an, "I'm leaving you Courtney and taking our kid with me." note except for the last 2 lines which were not in his writing.

@TheUfonautas Part 2: Courtney had already been in trouble in the past for attempting to hire someone to beat her former boyfriend's ass. If Kurt had left she would have not received any royalties. Finally here's (in my opinion) the biggest piece of evidence. If you were to commit suicide sitting against the wall the blood splatter would go up and forward to some degree. His blood splatter appeared as if he was shot at a 45 degree downward angle.

@Sneatio I've read the police report. His finger wasn't on the trigger. "A shotgun was laying across the victim's body; the butt of the gun was between the victim's feet and the muzzle was at about the mid-chest level of the victim." Secondly who's to say Courtney didn't hire someone as stated she had attempted in the past to hire someone to beat the shit out of one of her former boyfriends. Not to mention the "Suicide" note had been written on in another hand writing at the end.

theres plenty of good reasons theres a conspiracy theeory around this one. one man came forward saying on camera that courtney love offered him money to kill kurt cobain but he thought she was kidding so turned her down. he did mention it to "a friend" however, who seemed interested and when the man slipped up with the friend's name he turned up dead on a railroad track mysteriously a couple weeks later. true story

@TheDevilWearsAdidas He suffered from severe depression, did drugs, and had agonizing stomach pain. He killed himself. And just because he seemed like a beautiful person doesn't mean he wouldn't kill himself. A lot of suicides are from beautiful people.

@Y0blake He did take heroin but throughout his life he had very serious and agonizing stomach pains. He visited several doctors but they didn't know what it was. Towards his later years the pain worsened and the only thing that stopped the pain was by de-sensitizing himself. He would do this by taking mass amounts of heroin.
