Yup. All you have to do is download Firmware 2.2.1 and restore to that.

u have to download a 2.2.1 firmware n put ur ipod in dfu mode n go to itunes n right click on restore while holding shift n click on the 2.2.1 firmware n it should work its a lil tricky but i did it

Even tho it says that, when you upgrade and take off jailbreaking, it will still leave some modifications

i restored to the 3.0 ipsw and it went fine. the only problem for me is that itunes won't read my ipod [error 0xe8000022] and my ipod is telling me to connect to itunes. HELP!!!!!! D:

this is exactly what happened to me at first. then I ended up downloading a different 3.0 ipsw and i think it worked but the only problem is is that i have to install itunes 8.1. you could try downloading a different 3.0 ipsw file and upgrading itunes! haha

It is 3.0 BETA not the final one. And it is not worth to do it now. It is only for the devs to test there apps on it etc etc. I don't know why you all do this, Official firmware will be realeased in the summer, I'll be patience. Nice vid though.
