You should lose combo for strumming a hammer/pulloff note. Anyway, good result, but not great playing. You can hear the player tense up during stressful bits, and go out of time slightly. Keep practicing.

The game allows you to hit the note within a given window. Go play guitar hero 1, the window is VERY SMALL. In GH3, it is massive. There is a cheat called precision mode which reduces the window back to small making the game much tricker for most due to undeveloped rhythm, especially long pauses. This game doesn't punish you for poor timing unlike a musical instrument - hence it offers little rhythm development.
