  • Man, wicked. I was 8 years old when i saw these guys on countdown and still love this old rock riff.

  • @Konesworth - I was 7 and had been in trouble one day that year for having a discussion in class about this band. Which was better, we were debating: Hush or Sherbet? Skyhooks, of course, were #1...!

  • @AsinineComment I 100% agree Skyhooks

  • Ac/dc, Ted mulry gang and Hush were me favorite Aussie bands in the 70s

  • @MyAussieDay-couldn't agree more-that's why I love You Tube.....

  • I was there at count down and saw them, at the time it was the best, now looking back it was so tame, Man they were the good days, not like now.

  • Les Gock was a better guitar player than many gave him credit for -- the band was not afraid to play up their Chinese/Anglo mix at a time when multiculturalism was new to Australia.

I notice that parts of their stage act couldn't be played on television!

  • And my high school too, Maroubra Junction Girls.

  • Hush played at my high school back in 1975.

    Baulko High.
