@dvee8don Yes, there are a lot of homeless people that have joined the cause. No, I'm don't necessarily stand for what they believe in. However, if you check the so-called "movement" in other places as well as Bloomington, there are plenty of "normal" people that joined the cause. Although, I just filmed it because it was decent footage for a song that I wrote and recorded.
@multigunlover I'm not so sure your comment makes sense. Unless you can make sense of it, I'll remove it. What's with people not being able to respond with punctuation, grammar, capitalization, etc. How about a complete sentence? If you're going to stand for something, at least sound somewhat competent or else you look like an idiot.
@multigunlover Okay. Unfortunately, I'm not part of the movement, so I can't really speak on behalf of the "occupy" people. I am pretty much just an observer that took 20 minutes to video some footage to put to a song that I wrote and recorded. However, what I can say is that I do support the fact that they realize that there are problems in this country, and that they support some sort of change. Cohesiveness of demands is what they are lacking if you ask me.
Why don't you guys 'occupy' the 'University' that is the 1%? Using an area where the poor congregate to use them to push your message is one thing, actually creating a revolution by occupying the '1%' would be a 'revolution'. Unforunately 'occupy' is just a bunch of 'college kids' using the 'vagrants' who will do anything for hand outs to pad their resume. You guys got far to go before you're a 'revolution', but you do have examples of real revolutionaries in your community. There is hope.
@endthedrugwarvision I agree that congregating somewhere else would be a good idea. I think in front of city hall would be perfect. Lots of space out there.
