Bullies are stupid people. It's either they have no life other than hurt others, or they're bullied themselves and are too dumb to do anything but become a bully themselves to get rid of their anguish, when they should get help from an adult.
I agree with all of that exept for one thing, bullies are not stupid, to be able to bully someone and to make an impact you have to be smart, understand how the basics of human psycology works. When a bully bullies someone, they do it because that is the basic morals they have learned, they believe that it is not wrong to let any frustration they may have out on someone else weaker than they are.
