If he ever does Spellbound Caves, then he'll find lava buckets to not really be a useful weapon, despite how early he can get iron and lava. There are just no really large or enclosed areas that need lava'ing, except MAYBE one. Then again that's just me, only really using lava buckets extensively in Sea of Flame II.
