  • @gdiggedy - Actually it came out in '96. The TRUE original is on DJ Clue The Fall pt. 1. It was originally Shaq feat. Lord Tariq, Nas & Jay-Z - No Love Lost. Nas verse was removed from the album version and Lord Tariq had an entirely different verse. I put up the original a couple of months back.

  • LMAO!! This song didn't come out in 1993-94. It came out in 97'. Original song was Shaq ft, Lord Tariq and Jay-z, titled No Love Lost. Appeared on Shaq's second album. A version with Shaq's verse removed and Nas verse added appeared later in 97' or early 98' titled Analyze This. I wish some people would do some research first before posting some of these songs instead of just guessing. 93-94'..lol

  • @gdiggedy

  • lol when i saw the ft. Nas, it was already decided in my mind

  • I'm a Jay-Z fan and I believe Jay is the G.O.A.T., BUT hands down Nas murdered his ass on this song.

  • wow ..... nas fucking owns this track. makes jay z seem like a clown

  • Yea people are confused, Jay Z goes first, then bum dude and then Nas... and in no way was that Nas' best verse...

  • Oh nevermind that was Al-Tariq lol

  • Yo Nas sounded mad different back then

  • Its sad how badly Nas kills this track. He makes Jay and Tariq look like mere kids on this track.

  • one of the best songs ever and nas in the triple fat goose is straight NYC

  • @FAMBOY92 jay-z was rhyming like the fu-schnickens in 93 & 94. This was right after Reasonable Doubt but before IML vol 1

  • @FAMBOY92 i thought it was 1996

  • @FAMBOY92 Nigga. This is 97.

  • @RDoubt96 this is NOT 97 lmao. just listen. this is the same voice he had pre-illmatic

  • @jwodwyer1 And so? Nas didn't start rapping about drugs this explicitly till It Was Written which is '96. And Jay didn't rap like this until late '95. He didn't even have enough buzz in NY in '94 to do a song with Nas.

  • @MackenDaFlows 1996

  • @MackenDaFlows because i was alive at the time and had the clue mixtaper that it was on around that time.

  • @BLACKFONZIRELLI Props. I heard about the God's gift tape, so I was wondering if it was new It definetly sounds mid 90's, lyrically and the beat - ill track regardless.

  • Jay-Z=G.O.A.T

  • NAS TAKES ALL!!!!

  • lookin at me all funny while i'm countin my money.

  • It is a cut and paste job...

They got the acapella of Jay's part (which was the 3rd verse) and moved it to the 1st verse (where Shaq's verse was).

    They removed Shaq completely.

Tariq's part is still part of the 2nd verse.

  • r u talkin shaq the nba player

  • it was a shaq song called "no love lost" from an album that came out a few years before this did.

  • Nas and Jay came hard on this. I really dig it!

  • if this is cut and paste track how come nas and jay both say the chorus, albeit with a few differences?

  • exactly. I think it was Jay's song then Nas decided to lay down a verse. Im not sure tho.

  • rip biggie

  • this is just a cut-and-paste track

  • It's a remix of a song on a shaq album watch?v=WMsPh8TuVhc with shaq's verse deleted & replaced with Nas', for the Analyse This soundtrack.
