The video is actually about how he does this because he love to rap; in the first few lines of the song he says "Rap can't save you." It then shows him working, going home, cooking dinner, and then putting on a concert (Doomtree's concerts look like that in MN) . He does everything prior so he can put the concerts on for us fans. That's not being about a money grab, that's loving what you do.
