@Rodgerwilco91 I support dance and the performing arts. Some people may think Krump dance or Hyphy is gay. It is not like ballroom dance where you have a partner of the opposite sex dancing with you. Nonetheless, dance: physical expression to music is perhaps the most spiritual forms of expression. It ranks next to singing, but doesn't receive the attention that singing gets. Different doesn't necessarily mean gay. Jerking dance is different. I would not label it as gay.

"The NAACP's Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics is a yearlong achievement program designed to recruit, stimulate, and encourage high academic and cultural achievement among African-American high school students..." Even in the above description it does not exclude specific people. I would like to see the application.

@YoTheyCallMeKrazy If you listen carefully, Mr. Hasson didn't make reference to race in an exclusive way. The competition for ACT-SO is open to youth based on age and who applies. Based on the turn out at this Los Angeles event that it is clear that there will be other minorities competing at the national level. Frankly, I didn't see any white kids at this event, but I wasn't looking for white kids, black kids, or anyone in particular, I just went there to cover the event.
