Well, all of the audio is patched through a mixer and then into a PC running OddCast..this encodes the audio and broadcasts it to our server. This is then accessible within a region of SL.
In reality our config is much more complex, because we record all of our gigs as multitracks for later tweaking.
We actually use 2 mixers, a digital mixer/hard-disc recorder, a couple of channel strips and reverb units and 4 computers, as well as our instruments.

Oh you have to tell us all more about how you manage to stream the audio... go on give us all the gory details!
The new album is excellent - although iTunes could be quicker to get it available.
