  • Obama is the first Half-Caste biracial mixed-race president this old White lady is star crazy.

  • Mrs. Bennet you make me proud to be from SC. I grew up just a little ways up the road from you in Piedmont. Keep speaking OUT. Obama '08 Yes We Can!

  • I LOVE YOU.

  • Let's get serious. How will Obama and Clinton handle the rise in food, gas, housing, medical for the boomers and others living on the edge? My fear is that we might become something like the Soviet Union when it's economy collapsed and confusion created chaos and rampant crime.

On the plus side, I love the website and the best technology networking may be key to everything else.

  • shes so cute! haha

    OBAMA O8

  • This video brought tears to my eyes. God bless her, Mr. Obama, and this country!

  • Thank you, Mrs. Bennett. Thank you and your generation for the movement and the fight for equal rights within this nation that was built by all races. YES, SLAVES HELPED BUILD THIS NATION.. HELL, THEY BUILT THE WHITE HOUSE. AMERICA MUST FACE THE TRUTH. THEY LIVE A LIE IN THEIR MINDS THAT THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MEDIA INSTILL IN THEIR MINDS CONSTANTLY AND CONSISTANTLY. HOW UNFORTUNATELY.

  • Oh god bless her heart Mrs. Bennet!

  • So Awesome. Thank you Mrs. Bennett. Your story inspires me, and I'm a young white boy from New York haha! Never let go of your sense of humor. It's a gift. :)

  • This is beautiful, reminds me of so many earnest southren older ladies who were my elders as a young boy here in California. The principal of this woman is so strong!

  • we have 3 options to choose

    1. one who wants the war to continue

    2. one who's a liar and said sniper fire...u know who

    3. one who is distantly associated with someone who might have shown a lil anger on america..

the best choice seems to be no 3....

    we dont war

    we cant stand liars

we want someone whonever disowns someone even if it seems to be a choice

    Senator Barrack Obama..

  • She is just too cute... She also has moxy.

  • What a beautiful lady, I love her beautiful spirit.

  • I would love to talk to her, like I do my own grandmother, so much wisdom and that wisdom is such a blessing. Wisdom like that cannot be found in a book.

  • thats beautiful go Abama

  • America, please help elect Sen. Barack Obama. Donate time, money, and heart to Barack's campaign. I'm tired of America not being the place is should be for ALL Americans. This woman is an amazing inspiration. Full of courage and hope. May you live all the days of your life Ms. Annie Bennet!

  • I have never done this before EVER, I actually donated money and I am also a Obama volunteer. I make long distant calls and it feels good.

  • How could she NOT live all the days of her life? Help me out.

  • Mrs. Bennett for VP!!!

  • Mrs. Bennett is so squeezable! I hope Obama gets elected, if only so she can go back to playing her Bingo. You know she really believes in him to be giving up her Bingo games. :-)

  • This is so awesome! Mrs. Bennett is a beautiful woman and an inspiration! I want Obama to win!!!

  • Obama will only ruin our country with his inexperience and his Democrat'ness'. Too sketchy, and not firm on anything. All people like about him is that he's not another white man with experience. And hemakes good Political speeches. Political. That means he;s good at lupols and play on words.

  • We need to ask firm questions. It's up to us.

  • So does Hillary, yet the Clintons are more thorough. And if history stated it, so was JFK.

  • "Obama...(is)...not firm on anything."

You obviously haven't seen him talk. Check out his video page and watch his talk from Blue Bell, PA. He is very firm on a lot of issues.

And "Democrat'ness"? Give us all a break. We've had enough Republican'ness for many decades to come, haven't we now?

    And Obama doesn't have experience?

Hell, if a C-student from Yale can run this country - and run it into the ground - a guy from the top of his class at Harvard should have no problem.

  • dont hate!

p.s mrs.bennett seams like a sweet old lady.

  • This video is touching. Man Oh man. Sen. Obama needs to become president.

  • I don't like the idea of voting for someone based upon their skin color....yes, it would provide an inspiring message to black children (or children of any minority), but I believe you should vote for the person you think will be the best President.

I'm with you, Mrs. Bennett, but for a very different reason: the best candidate is Barack Obama.

  • yes obama you can

  • Oh god bless her1 go mrs.bennnet!

obama 4 president she is so beautiful!

  • Thank you Mrs. Bennett for being a shining example. Participation, not just rhetoric, is needed at this stage by those of us who really believe Obama can help us make a difference in this country. While I don't care about Obama's race (I care about the fact that our country has been stagnant for almost 60 decades) I thank you for your efforts in spreading the word. Namaste - we are one.

  • What a beautiful person. Thanks for sharing her with us!

  • she's lovely. what a beautiful woman!

    Obama for President!

  • This put a big smile on my face

  • Thanks to Mrs. Bennett for all she's doing! I can't wait to see Barack getting sworn in as our next President. Out of 8 horrible years of darkness and into the light!

Once again we'll see America unified towards improving life for all citizens, not just the mega-wealthy.

Good riddance to neo-conservatism once and for all - what a disastrous viewpoint!

  • I am definitely going to the Inaguaration

    YES WE CAN!

  • Aww I love Mrs. Bennett.

  • First off, I want to thank you and your husband. You both served this country and make me proud to call myself an American. And, I think you're right, Barack Obama inspired me and I used to say that I would never get involved in politics.

I am voting for Obama and I am encouraging my husband (who also dislikes politics) to think about it seriously. Thank you for helping me to know that I made the right choice in who I am voting for. Mrs. Bennett, thank you for sharing with us. God Bless.

  • Inspirational. Beautiful soul you are Mrs. Bennett. Yes we will

  • A very touching video! I love you, Mrs. Bennett. YES WE CAN!!!

  • I don't care if you love Obama or hate him (I personally am a huge supporter), you gotta love Mrs. Bennett. It's good to be reminded from time to time that there still are people truly devoted to improving the world, without regard to personal ambition.

    OBAMA '08!

  • Mrs. Bennett, you are beautiful, as is your spirit! Thank you for your Godliness and your ferocity of heart! OBAMA 2008!

  • OBAMA FOR PRESIDENT

  • this is one of the best videos i've seen here.

  • What an inspiration ♥

  • I'm tempted to list the varying demographics supporting Obama, but really, that is what we are changing.

It doesn't matter that you are a black senior or that I am a white college student. What matters is that we both believe in this idea. Hope, peace, dignity and respect for everyone, whether or not they resemble us, or even if they agree with us.

That is why I love this country. Thank you so much Mrs. Bennett and Barack Obama for reminding me of that.

  • They say Obama has no experience but this experienced woman puts her hopes on him. A really touchig video.

  • Mrs. Bennett, you are wonderful. And so is Barack! I bought an Obama bumper sticker for my car even before Obama announced he would run...and I am a 70 year old white man.

  • AWW GOD BLESS YOU MRS. BENNETT!!!!!!

  • I would usually post an asshole comment. But damn, you inspire me. OBAMA 08!

  • Love your story Mrs. Bennett!

I can only imagine how much good it would do for our nations african-american youth to see, with no doubters, that they can attain the highest level of achievement our nation offers.

How much good it would do. It's just one of the many reasons I support Barack & Michelle.

  • That was so cute. I love this lady. So sweet.

  • this lady is awesome.

  • Thank you Mrs. Bennett and thank you Mr. Obama. Yes we can.

  • Lovely. You are just lovely. I want to be a woman like you one day.

  • OH I adoreeeee you! I'm with YOUUUU!

  • Mrs. Bennett - you are inspiring!

I am white, but my stepfather is black. He told me what it was like growing up.

As a child, he often could not drink water. Not only were drinking fountains labeled "White Only", but if he had the chance to drink water, he sometimes had no place to use the bathroom - so he had to go without.

However, by the 1990's, the political climate changed & our community embraced him.

I'm glad i donated to Obama's campaign. The American dream is here.

    -Jason

  • What a great story from an elder! She is intelligent and a community asset. Go-Obama!!! You're getting support from the old and the young, the Black, White, Latinos & Asians. Please don't play into these people's hands that want you to respond to these negative attacks; get yourself a pit-bull so you can stay above the fray!
