He used the shroom 3rd lap because he wanted to tight (under left thwomp 2nd lap).

Stupid move cause he lost like :200 from that.

i know why he chose to use the 2nd shroom in such an odd place... although im still not sure it was faster. the logic was that the thwomp was down and if he had shroomed on the 2nd lap in that same spot he would have hit the thwomp. since he didn't use it, he went straight under it :). still think it'd be faster to just go around it with a shroom....
