Yes. I am aware of the Islamic perspective. The John 14:6 Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth and the light..." but he says he is God far more clearly in John 6.
It was his claim to Godhood that was blasphemous to the Temple leaders. It was those words that was the reason they wanted Jesus dead.

I do not understand why you are ashamed of Christians considering Jesus as part of God and not just a prophet. Please explain. If he were just a prophet, his words would be empty. He could not forgive sins, he would not call Himself God. His blood could not save us.

So who is right? Can you honestly make human laws that enforce God's laws when men cannot agree themselves what is God's own word?

We have a lot of common ground here. We Christians and you Muslims agree that Satan is the real enemy, not the other religion. We agree that some people will not change and are bad examples or outright dangerous to good people. We agree that Jesus was of God, you as a prophet and us as His Son. We agree that many call themselves followers, but in truth they are not.

Yes. I follow Jesus' example. He came across many sinners, but he didn't stop them from sinning, he called them by their sin and they stopped. He called the money changers the corruptors of His Father's house and used a whip to rid the place of them.
However, He called everyone a sinner. Everyone IS a sinner. How can you stop everyone? He taught the right way and we sinners choose our own path. So no one can stop a sinner, but they can stop their own sin. Sin is in the heart.
