Well, someone turned the sound back on :-) the sound track was gone for a couple years.
Looks like it's called 'Earth Hour' now.
Funny, I'm commenting now in reply to starphire and there is a partial blackout around my neighborhood in the city... yes there weren't many building lights going out, but the bridges and transamerica pyramid do go out in the video.
