  • ssssss sinus, sinus, yeah yeah.

    LOVE IT!

  • Epi 1:1000 ... fail

  • they didnt have one black staff member to be t-pain?

  • Not bad. BTW its epi 1:10,000

  • $5 the person they called t-pain was a illegal immigrant from Mexico

  • Gay in the mouth! Nerds

  • ah the difficulty breathing and not feeling myself at 0230 get ready to run a code :) and wheres the 40 of vasopressin??

  • s-s-s-s-sinus...

    ha! i love it.

  • LMAO, Great job!!!!! I love working codes

  • ha! i need the lyrics for this....

  • Glad I wasn't patient!!!!

  • haha but seriously though if you have to take a boat to the code the pt would have already been dead!

  • hahaha well done!

  • Nice vid but yea 1:10,000 lol

  • so balla

  • I want to work at that hospital!!

  • Awesome!!!!

  • That was far more entertaining than it should of been

  • do you know what they call the last person to finally finish med school? Doctor.

  • 0:06 Seth Rogan?

  • 23 people coded

  • im outta coke!

  • 22 people had their med school applications rejected

  • @twofsandtwogs 23 :(

  • The next time there is a code in the IMC I will have to fight back a smile from this song.

  • This video is misleading given MD's are terrible with codes. I will always take my fellow EMT's in a code over an MD.

  • sounds like hes saying "im out'a coke" some one needs to make one like that :(

  • I wish I could like this more than once.

  • This is what happens when you have been studying for Neurology exams for 9 hours. How did I end up here? And is this educational? Because I cant tell, lol nice job dudes :)

  • Concentration*

  • Like many others said, your dose of Epi is wrong. If you give 1mg of Epi 1:1000 IV/IO in a cardiac arrest you're creating a global MI. And who the hell is going to draw up 0.1mg of 1:1000 to equal out the dose. C'mon docs - maybe you should leave codes to Paramedics and EMT's hahah!

  • @NickEMT Um....1mg of Adrenaline or Epi as its called in the states is actually the correct dose. As a paramedic perhaps you should go look at your guide lines. 0.1mg of Adrenaline isn't going to do squat to an arrest, 1mg is the dead dose given during an arrest. Also saying 1mg of 1:1000 is redundant as 1:1000 means 1mg. You should've said 1ml of 1:1000, however as your point is actually wrong, that too would've been redundant.

  • @MJDunne It's not the dosage of epi that's the issue, its the concentration. Giving 1:1000 epi via IV is going to blow the whole vein. 1:1000 is only used IM or Sub-q

  • so glad to hear the line "Were at a code dont need to check the pressure"

  • The "cardiac-themed" pashmina afghan! Hahaha it had cute little hearts. This was awesome.

  • 21 people weren't picked to be on the code. :(

  • Snackin on some DQ, hahahaaaa

    ridiculous

  • Is that Aziz Ansari?

  • OMG! I am crying here!

  • shouldn't you guys be studying? lol

  • I got all our whole crew singing this at a code last night. People were staring with horror.

  • yea just an fyi,

    it's epi 1:10,000 concentration,

    not 1:1,000

where you at so i can avoid your hospital.. lol

  • 1:1000 is for an anaphylaxis

  • 1:1000 is for an anaphylaxis

  • @adamwheat83 and ACLS look it up

  • @tekn0hippy You can give whatever concentration of epi you want as long as the dose is the same.
