  • @mateo4988 Do not waste your time messaging Asilomar10. He is a poorly educated, physically and mentally handicapped weirdo who posts inflammatory comments on Jamal's videos just to elicit replies, LOL. Said wacko is only concerned about being noticed. Jamal's case does not interest him. Said sicko has myriad fake accounts from which he trolls. Invariably, he unsuccessfully attempts to make Jamal's case about him. Said weirdo has no life, so he has created a fake online character to live one.

  • Jamal scored 690 on the math SAT's, whilst Faulkner probably tallied around 475 (the average cop score.) That extrapolates to an IQ of 138 for Jamal, meaning that at 12 he had the intelligence that Faulkner had at 25!

  • Anyone who wants to see what a hypocritical joke PhillyCopsAreCorrupt is, all you need to do is go back in the comments about 5 months. You'll see him singing a different tune.

    .

It's over, idiot. You've been reported. I hope they throw the book at you.

  • @asilomar10 asilomar you are very very stupid

  • @PhillyCopsAreCorrupt Nice try RACIST. What are you, a white supremacist trying to hide behind Mumia's cause? No one's buying it.

  • @PhillyCopsAreCorrupt Racist idiot - you're the felon. That's why you got your ass kicked and thrown in jail.

    .

Thank you, Philadelphia Police - for showing this racist idiot just how foolish he is. Now all he can do is bitch on youtube.

  • @asilomar10 hes not racist he never said anything racist you need to get a dictionary and look up racist and rally what you need to do is stop posting stupid comments get your facts straight your the idiot coward no one will ever respect or love a disgusting devil like u do some research cuz you dont know what your talking about get your iq up stupid

  • It's soooooo easy!

  • @PhillyCopsAreCorrupt RACIST JACKASS.

  • @PhillyCopsAreCorrupt RACIST DOUCHE.

  • @PhillyCopsAreCorrupt You got beat down! Bwahahahahaha!

  • Free Mumia, the hero of the politically oppressed!

  • FACTS:

MUMIA ABU-JAMAL'S TRIAL JUDGE, ALBERT SABO, WAS A CROOKED EX-COP AND THEN-CURRENT FOP MEMBER WHO, LIKE OFFICER DANIEL FAULKNER, WAS THE RECIPIENT OF MULTIPLE RACE-RELATED INTERNAL AFFAIRS COMPLAINTS, ALL OF WHICH WERE "WHITE" WASHED. SABO AUTOMATICALLY CONVICTED DEFENDANTS, AND MANIPULATING JURIES TO DO SO, IF THEY WERE BLACK. SABO SAW TO IT THAT TEN OF THE JURORS WERE ADMITTEDLY-RACIST WHITES WHO SUPPORTED CAPITAL PUNISHMENT. LESS THAN EIGHT PERCENT OF THE JURY POOL WAS BLACK.

  • @PhillyCopsAreCorrupt Typing in all caps doesn't make you any less of a racist loser. But I guess you're free to try.

  • Listed below are just a few of the hundreds of innocent people who were proven to have been framed for murder by Philadelphia pigs, as per conviction reversals and civili judgements. NONE of the framing cops were disciplined.

Neil Ferber, Jermel Lewis, Hezekiah Thomas, Sacon Youk, Quiante Perrin, Frederick Thomas, William Nieves, Harold Wilson, Alfredo Domenech, Ivan Serrano, Raymond Carter, Vincent Moto, Matthew Connor, Edward Baker, Edward Ryder, Joseph Smith, Sam Yu, and Frank Harris.

  • @asilomar10 I am not even reading your babble, which subliminally discloses your many flaws. Your projections reveal you to be a repulsively unattractive, untalented outcast who feigns significance by starting online arguments and then falsely declaring himself the victor. However, you do not have the tools to win at anything, as you perpetually show in each trite post. Mark my words, you will always be a failure who mooches off of society and blames others for your own inferiority.

  • Humanitarian Mumia Abu-Jamal was framed for the murder of criminal cop Daniel Faulkner. Mumia was doomed from the get-go because his judge, Albert Sabo, was a felonious, ex-cop FOP member who made certain that Mumia's Constitutional rights were trashed to the max during his trial. Sabo had been a racist policeman who, like Faulkner, was the recipient of multiple race-related internal-affairs complaints. Sabo quit the Philadelphia police force to become an equally felonious judge.

  • @asilomar10 Mentally defective, attention starved, troll rejects like you are not taken seriously by any adult. Nobody even reads your juvenile babble. You are obviously an extremely ugly, unhappy loser who is looking for validation online. Unfortunately for you, you will never find it! You have no innate talents of any kind. You merely recycle the regurgitated spam of others. Your frivolous attempt to leach off of your superiors has failed miserably, just like all of your other endeavors have.

  • Burn in Hell, racist pig felon! The streetwise amongst us know the truth about you.

  • People need to understand that this government was never for us.

  • @AJphillyy Bingo! The government, especially pigs, only serves itself.

  • Mumia was doomed from the start. His judge, Albert Sabo, was a felonious, ex-cop FOP member who made certain that Mumia's Constitutional rights were trashed to the hilt. Sabo had been a racist pig who, like Faulkner, was the recipient of multiple race-related internal-affairs complaints. He then left the Philadelphia police force to become an equally felonious judge. There is anecdotal evidence aplenty that he convicted minority defendants, and manipulated juries to do so, based on their race.

  • READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS VIDEO! MUMIA DENIES KILLING THE RACIST PIG GARBAGE! MUMIA STATES THAT HE WAS SAVAGELY BEATEN MULTIPLE TIMES BY THE SANCTIMONIOUS PIG TRASH WHILST THEY HURLED RACIAL SLURS AT HIM. PHILADELPHIA POLICE OFFICERS ARE LYING CRIMINAL TRASH. NOTHING THAT THE DIRTY PIGS SAY SHOULD BE BELIEVED. PHILLY PIGS ARE ALMOST NEVER HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR FELONIES. IS IT ANY WONDER THAT GOOD PEOPLE LIKE ME CELEBRATE EACXH TIME A PHILADELPHIA PIG DIES? FREE MUMIA! HE IS A VICTIM!

  • Mumia could have killed 10,000 Philadelphia police felons, yet we should still support him. We rubber stamp the killing of our foreign enemies by American soldiers, yet criticize a true hero like Mumia for killing a domestic terrorist who was savagely assaulting Mumia's brother. That is, if Mumia even shot the dirty, racist pig. If pigs would just do their jobs and not perpetrate felonies against the taxpayers who ironically pay pigs for protection, police killings would decline dramatically.

  • I hope he gets out one day! FREE MUMIA!

  • The slain pig's wife is as naive as a white lady can get. She actually believes the fairy tales told by the lying pig trash. Yes, Ms. Faulkner, Philadelphia police officers are always honorable and never feloniously violate the Constitutional rights of anyone, especially blacks. For no reason at all, the evil Mumia Abu-Jamal murdered your husband, who was doing nothing wrong. Is it any wonder that Ms. Faulkner also believes in other fictions, such as those told by the Bible? IQ fail!

  • The sad part... more non blacks know of this man then blacks.

  • Mumia is the definitive folk hero if he fatally shot the racist pig who was assaulting his brother. The real victim is Mumia, not the felonious pig garbage whom supposedly he killed. I celebrate each time a felon dies, whether or not he is a criminal coward who hides behind a badge. Mumia is not perfect (who is?), but in terms of character, he is still many notches above the scumbag whom he supposedly killed. We will never know what really happened because Mumia did not receive a fair trial.

  • Mumia is NOT a saint, but he is still more honorable and moral than any Philadelphia pig ever was. Mumia has never robbed, framed, tortured, killed, or otherwise criminally victimized any innocent person, unlike all Philadelphia pigs. If pigs would just do the job which they are paid to do, and not feloniously trash anyone's Constitutional rights, there would not be so much hostility towards them. When a pig commits a crime, his victim will retaliate, possibly against innocent citizens. ACAB!

  • As many surreptitiously-recorded videos graphically evidence, Philadelphia police officers deliberately provoke, enrage, and antagonize law-abiding citizens in order to have an excuse to arrest, assault, torture, Taser, Mace, and otherwise control and dominate them. Judging by cops' aforementioned behavior and their ridiculously exaggerated physiques, cops seem to be more concerned about flexing their metaphorical, imagined, and literal muscles of power than about upholding any law.

  • Philadelphia pigs are Constitution-trashing felons who have EXTREME contempt for the law as well as the taxpayers who pay them to uphold it. That is because nobody polices the police. These dumb macho shit-heads are rarely held accountable for their felonies, hence their propensity to perpetrate them. When you give a scared, insecure, bullied, low-IQ, felonious failure a minuscule amount of unregulated power and authority, he will always abuse it to the hilt to compensate for his inadequacies.

  • The dead pig's wife is as naive and gullible as a white person can get. She honestly believes the bullshit told to her by the pigs. Yes, Ms. Faulkner, Philadelphia police officers are always honorable and never feloniously violate the Constitutional rights of anyone, especially blacks. For no reason at all, the evil Mumia Abu-Jamal murdered your husband, so he now deserves to die. Is it any wonder that Ms. Faulkner also believes in other fairy tales, such as those told by the Bible? IQ fail!

  • iam a philly dude to the core, raised on cheesesteak, tastycake, and soft pretzel. iam not going to say all ppd officers are bad folk, also mumia should have won his case as the court and prosecutors proved his innocence for him. hatred for those of color and to a lesser degree poor whites in america in nauseating

  • @kevinf2386 This case has little to do with surface emotions, "hatred for those of color", and has everything to do with the institutional racism, sexism, and classism in our justice system. The ppd are doubtfully much worse than any other police department.

  • Mumia is no saint, but he is still more honorable and moral than any Philadelphia pig ever was. Mumia has never robbed, framed, tortured, killed or otherwise criminally victimized any innocent person, unlike most Philadelphia pigs. If pigs would just do the job which they are paid to do, and not feloniously trash anyone's Constitutional rights, there would not be so much hostility and rage towards them. When a pig commits a crime, his victim will retaliate, possibly against innocent citizens.

  • Mumia should have been released after five years. He would have been had he murdered a civilian under identical circumstances. This was a classic third-degree murder case. The fact that pigs' lives are given more value by lawmakers screams volumes about the contempt which legislators have for anyone who is not politically favored. Philadelphia pigs' lives are worth less than anyone else's because pigs are criminal trash, so killing one should result in a lighter, not harsher, sentence.

  • contuned.... Jude Sabo is not a racist, he is a strict, no-nonsense judge that is focused on the facts. By the way, are the other judges/courts that have upheld the conviction racist as well? Now you can explain how Officer Faulkner was executed with a firearm that was registered toand carried by Mr. Abu-Jamal, you seem to have conveniently ignored that point.......

  • @KevmaX999 You are obiiously VEY misinformed, I suggest you do a little research on this case. 1) This case is NOT a racial issue, it's about proving beyond a reasonable doubt if Abu-Jamal murdered Officer Daniel Faulkner (which he did) 2&3) You are referring to the testimoney of 2 witnesses that admit that they didn't actually witness the murder, but responded after they herd the shots. The jury was a "mixed" jury that Jamal helped assemble himself.

  • This is crazy, Officer Faulkner was executed with a .38 calibur Charter Arms revolver that was registered to Abu-Jamal, and Abu-Jamal as well as his brother were at the scene of the murder. If Abu-Jamal is "innocent of the the charges that he has been charged with", PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.....Tell us what happened that night. The unwillingness of Mr. Abu-Jamal as well as his brother to discuss what happened the morning that Officer Danny Faulkner was murdered is very telling. He's GUILTY

  • @work4it321 Obviously you didn't have your listening ears on. 1) You got a jury filled with openly racist white people 2) You got one witness who says the shooter was short, and another who says he was sporting an afro. 3) Mumia is 6'1 and has long azz dread locks. Even if he did it you can't uphold the conviction as being true when you have unreliable witnesses whose testimony does not identify jamal and a racist jury, and a judge who referred to a witness as "a friend of cop killers"

  • A man named Beverly Arnold confessed to killing officer Faulkner-he said that Abu-Jamal was not the shooter

  • Mumia seem like a dis-honest person. His eyes move about like a liar.

  • come on free the man its 2011

he served 30 years in the pin ...

  • FREE ABU....

  • Officer Faulkner was a good man. The only travesty of justice is that his killer has not yet been fried in the electric chair.

  • @pmoyer50

    O pleaseee.

  • @kesquisse: Will you please pull the switch. He's guilty.

  • @pmoyer50 I'm not trying to be sarcastic but was there enough evidence to prove beyond the reasonable doubt that Abu Jamal was the killer? or was it circumstantial evidence?

  • @curtisjones400: More than enough evidence. He even asked a hospital worker if the policeman he shot was dead. But it wasn't asked nicely. He's not innocent. He's about as innocent as Ira Einhorn. That's another murderer who elicited sympathy from celebrities. I refuse to watch anything with Ed Asner in it because that moron backs a coldblooded murderer who is Abu Jamal.

  • A Book Report by Rev.Dr.Jude Arnold

The Framing of Mumia Abu-Jamal written in 2008 by J. Patrick O'Connor is the first book to "convincingly show how the Philadelphia Police Department and District Attorney's Office efficiently and methodically"

  • @alkassimi set up the best-known death-row inmate of our time. Abu-Jamal, an innocent man, has been forced to pay for the death of Officer Faulkner; and O'Connor explains why. Abu-Jamal's trial was irrefutably a travesty of justice, riddled with abuse, and a total sham.

  • Well if you all notice the FBI didn't want the organization "Black Panthers" to continue with their action to start a new revolution in America. The police officers been ask to attacked, and to killed many supporter of the Black Panthers movement during that decade. I truly believe that Mumia Abu Jamal is innocent. There's no strong proof, nor evidence to convicted him to put on Death Row if so, where was his rights to testify???

  • @Snipervenomaz No one gets angry about the fact that the FBI also shut down the KKK and dozens of White Power groups, now do they? But, it's good to know that you "truly bleive that Mumia is innocent," seeing as you were on the scene that night, and witnessed the event. PS, he waived his right to testify. Do you know anything about this case?

  • n how long did the racist fucking nazi kkk cops get 4 murdering a black people

probally let off covered up i fucking hate this system

  • @hell6666100 Then leave. Maybe you'll find the "system" in China more to your liking.

  • It is laughable that some people actually give credibility to Mumia, the man who by default has advocated the killing of white people. It is even more humorous that certain folks portray the dead cop as a hero. According to many cops who were convicted in federal court (e.g., John Baird and Edward Spangler), all Philadelphia police officers routinely extort, torture, rob, perjure, conspire, frame, racketeer, and otherwise feloniously conduct themselves, or at least cover up for cops who do.

  • Mumia Abu-Jamal is the definitive sanctimonious fraud. He constantly complained that cops mistreated blacks (which they did and still do), but then murdered a white cop in cold blood. Yes, Philadelphia pigs are a corrupt joke, but how is Mumia any better than they are? He did exactly to one of them what he criticized them for doing to blacks. If Mumia was as sincere as he professed, he would have pursued non-violent avenues of reform, like those advocated by Martin Luther King (a TRUE hero).

  • @InsomniacPostman

If Mumia had been convicted of killing a civilian, he would have been found guilty of third-degree murder and spent a mere two-and-a-half years in state prison. The victim was a cop, an aggravating factor which bumped the crime up to first-degree murder with the accompanying death penalty. Such harsh sentences for cop killers result from many of the lawmakers' hack relatives being cops. Legislators and cops want killers of their own kind to be punished more severely.

  • I was introduced to this case by my then-girlfriend back in 2000. At the time the whole thing sounded like a terrific conspiracy by the state of Pennsylvania to convict Jamal, no matter what the evidence. Over the years I have heard and read a lot about this case and have 2 conclusions, neither of which is a judgement for or against Jamal.

  • 1) It is very clear that crime scene investigation in this case was handled pathetically badly by the police involved. Whether on purpose or through incompetence I cannot say as I was not there.(And, I would point out, neither were any of you)

  • 2) I have yet to hear or read one quote or sound byte of Mumia Abu Jamal stating in any way, shape, or form "I did not kill Daniel Faulkner". Such a statement may exist, But in every video and audio sample I have found of Jamal I have not heard it.

  • That being said, IMO the death penalty should not and never should have been issued for this man. The waters are too muddy, making the truth of that night far too unclear.

  • skin color has nothing to do with it when you have been brain washed there are all sorts of people who are biased against there own people.

  • I love how those that can't make a coherent argument resort to name calling and cursing. You say the cops let him live so he would look guilty... That is quite a stretch, and an abosultely ridiculous theory. He would have looked more guilty had he died there in the street. Guilty as charged and the world is better off with this cop killer behind bars for the rest of his life.

  • @bman546 "the world is better off with this cop killer"

They should sell tickets to watch this repulsive mutt dragged to the execution chamber, crying & soiling his panties, as he gets ready for the fast track to Hell, where he should have been many years ago.

  • You call me a racist? I didn't inject racism into the discussion, yet I am called a, "...beady-eyed piece of shit racist cracker..." Thank you for revealing who the real racists are. Go ahead and lead your life being miserable, pointing the finger at others for your anger, and always blaming others for the misery you bring upon yourself. I feel sorry for you.

  • EF the pigs!!!!

  • @bman546 you talking about bullets matching a gun. rodney king was on tape so what is justice to you? those cops got off....

  • @themostill Rodney King was on PCP and was attacking police officers. If I was on PCP and attacking police officers, I would still think it would be justifiable for an ass beating. On or off camera. But what does that have to do with Mumia's case at all? Or are you just trying to blur the lines to make a weak point?

  • OPRAH WINFREY said on her SHOW ( She has NEVER experinced any RACISM in her life ). Also She is his AGE 57. something to think about?

  • @Tex200950 In truth, Oprah discussed on her show the racial discrimination she experienced at a store in Paris. But let's discuss your logic here. If I personally never experienced poverty in my entire life, does that mean that poverty does not exist.

  • @elizabethfaraone In truth, the "discrimination" she experienced was actually the store being closed, and the workers not knowing she was rich and famous enough to open after hours. This was a case of celebrity, not race. Plus, it's common knowledge that Oprah claims to have never experienced racism (a statement made before the Paris incident). But even if the Paris incident is considered "racist," that means she's experienced one (1) incident of racism in 57 years - and it was in France.

  • @Tex200950 Oprah never experienced racism ?? Just search Oprah racist guest idiot

  • today i see corruption everywhere on this planet, i cant believe that i used to think all those in power will always use it for the fairness and good of others. then i grew up and saw what the hell is happening. the US government has way too many dark offices where tax money entrusted officials will brake the law that they themselves preach to the public for their own benefit. dont tell me illuminati is not real.

  • @E6toM15 Apparently you need to do some more growing up.

  • A beautiful hero.

  • This guy is GUILTY. His gun was with him at the scene. If the cops wanted him dead, why was he rushed to the hospital and his life saved? If there was another shooter, why would the cops let them go free, and pin it on an "innocent" man? The court transcripts are telling. The urban legends and false info around this case has caused most of you to be duped.

  • @bman546 so who shot who first? why where witness statements dismissed? i guess cointelpro does not exist? your the one that has been duped.

  • @themostill Cointelpro tracked the Black Panthers, who, if you knew anything about this subject at all, had broken up long before this event took place.

  • @themostill -Really? You want to argue that the cop shot Jamal first and it was self defense? You might as well say it was space aliens and unicorns that did it. The gun at the scene was registered to Jamal and it matched the bullets that killed the officer. As for witnesses, witnesses testified they saw Jamal shoot Faulkner. Jamal is scum. You just want a reason to support a cause. I hope you find a more productive way to improve your lack of self worth rather than supporting a cop killer.

  • @bman546 Well said.

  • @asilomar10 so what is your deal anyways, every comment i have seen coming form you is just pure bullshit. please get off youtube and go read a book.

  • @jebose69 Thanks for your opinion, but how could "well said," be considered BS? I think I'll continue to post my views on youtube, thankyouverymuch. Now STFU and go get a job, bitch.

  • @asilomar10 This isn't the only Jamal video you have posted on.

  • @jebose69 ...and?

  • @jebose69 Oh, I see - you're from Canada. Picking on Canadians is like picking on handicapped people. So I apologize. I had no idea.

  • @asilomar10 Us "handicapped people" you speak of don't drop bombs from helicopters on our own citizens, we don't have a death penalty, we didn't kill 140,000 human beings in two days at Hiroshima & Nagasaki, we are not the worlds number one consumer of drugs and we are embraced globally. If you want to discuss "handicapped" take your comments to a video of George Bush Jr.

  • @bman546 Mumia is innocent!!! Nothing can change the truth. Fuck you and every ignorant, narrow-minded, beady-eyed piece of shit racist cracker who thinks otherwise.

  • @bman546 GUILTY HOW? THE JURY ADMITTED TO BEING PREJUDICE? WHAT'S FAIR ABOUT THAT? THAT'S THE SYSTEM WE LIVE IN! UNFAIR WHEN WE THE PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE THE SAY SO! THATS FAIR!

FREE ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS OF ALL RACES! THAT FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT! HUMANITY!

  • @ROYSTA9

Really? There were blacks and whites on the Jury. WHat Bias do you speak of? To convict all 12 must agree on a verdict of guilty. So, all 12 were biased? Even the black jurors? What a joke. Perhaps they were biased.

    Yes, biased against cop killers.

  • @bman546 Or they could have been payed to biased because of money now lots of people of all colors are like that!

  • @bman546

Actually, that's untrue. If a jury can't reach a unanimous decision within a certain time period, the judge will decide based on majority vote. This is usually in a maximum ratio of 10:2 which was precisely the amount of white to black juror's present. Deciding factors....Mumia was a known member of the Black Panthers, the man killed was white, the judge was white, they had the legal ability to convict him without receiving a unanimous verdict.

  • @Ztys89 Know your facts. The verdict was delivered relatively quick, all 12 jurors were polled and all 12 voted guilty, there was no divide among them, and his membership in the Black Panthers was a non-issue throughout the trial, that theory only exists in the twisted minds of people who support him.

  • @mm102908

So...Jamal bought a .38 to defend himself after being robbed as a cab driver. The bullet pulled from the cop was a .44 slug. Later, it was announced that a shard of the bullet had gone missing, and it was now unidentifiable, but that didn't stop them from saying "oops, now it's a .38"

    Interesting...

  • @Ztys89 There was never an official document saying the bullet was a .44. The medical examiner made a personal notation that the wound was consistent with a .44 and he had no ballistic training. The bullet was a .38 +p federal brand bullet that was the same as the casings in Mumia's gun, and the hollow point causes greater damage, leading to a bigger wound. Even Mumia's own ballistic expert said that the bullet wasn't a .44.

  • @ROYSTA9

right the fuck on. Completely agreed.

  • @bman546 stfu u moron, they left him alive so he'd look guilty grow a brain before ur fingers start moving

  • bullshit Neo Nazi were terrorist Black PANTHERS practiced self DEFENSE thats why on video GAmes they let you KILL NAZI ZOMBIES....U DONT SEE ANY Video games were u can kill Pantherz

  • SATAN IS WAITING NIGGER!

  • @StoneyMcJuicyBuds ur a dumb faggot cant wait till u get ur day

  • @StoneyMcJuicyBuds Nigga shut the fuck up you piece of monkey shit. Kill yourself.

  • @StoneyMcJuicyBuds Very mature little one...

  • WHY is Mumia denied a retrial...!?

  • the apparatus for torture in north america began in 1492...the apparatus of torture for slaves and genocide for Native Peoples..its now codified in law in the american empire....the patriot act....american is a juggernaut of terror/torture since 1492...

  • @5150anonymous Well, if Van Halen says so, then it must be true!

  • Should be freed? Fucking idiot do your research he's been dead for 10 years.

  • @SammyGetsStoned mumia? he's still alive...

  • @SammyGetsStoned

uhhh i think you'll find your'e the ''fucking idiot'' he is still alive

  • @SammyGetsStoned HAHAHAHAHHAA FUCKING RETARD THE NIGGA'S ALIVE.

  • also mumia is a brilliant man who should be freed!!!!

  • That point about denying the rights of religion is a good one. Here in England a couple were sued for not allowing a non married homo couple from sharing a room in their hotel due to their christian beliefs!

  • @Killyaselfdie yeah but thats was part of the discrimination the Mumia hates, if hating black people was part of religion would that make it any better. If anything it makes it worse because people can't think for themselves and blindly follow faith. Mumia didn't want to cut he is proud of his heritage, although mumia is religious he does not let it insight any hatred, be it racist, sexist or homophobic

  • FREE MUMIA ABU JAMAL!

  • To those that fight with Peter, the white madhi(Peter Gabriel Games Without Frontiers"if looks could kill they probably will")born 12/22/1979,the 12the Imam aka Zarathustra=153(John+21+11=79=Gold),go the spoils of war.Get your guns, bombs, and ammunition and converge on the Bay Area.Do not hesitate to kill. All done for Allah is permitted, even torture and rape.Remember Abu Graib. The Sun rises in the west.God is real and we are going to let them know. All american cops must die

  • Wesley Cook aka Mumia is guilty, without a doubt.

  • @sargehalo51 gtfo

  • It's incredible how many constitution violations were committed during this case

  • @GhettoBlaster100 Really? You mean like absolutely none?

  • @mm102908 6th amendment: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an IMPARTIAL JURY of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed

  • @GhettoBlaster100 If you're implying that the jury was stacked against him, then you might want to be educated to the fact that he selected the jury for his trial and it was not forced upon him. Try again.

  • @mm102908 I'm interested to see where you got this information seeing that you CAN'T pick your jury. If you could, people would just pick people that would give themselves the upper hand

  • @GhettoBlaster100 Actually, you do pick a jury, that's why the process is called jury selection. Jamal was acting as his own counsel and along with Joseph McGill came to an agreement on 12 jurors. The notion that this process was in some way rigged and that the jury was out to get him is another ploy by mumidiots to twist the truth and give a distorted picture of this case. I highly recommend that you read the trial transcripts.

  • @GhettoBlaster100 Wow. You must be a lawyer, seeing as your legal insight is so accurate! Maybe you should read a book, or at least google the justice system's jury selection process before you open your mouth. Better yet, maybe you should do at least some research on this case, seeing as you clearly don't know the first thing about it!
