if you go to deep dark galaxy, you can find a planet shaped liked a ds,a unused planet, and slingstar to nothing. if you go to the ds planet, it will teleport you to a minigame and a pipe.

BTW, the last planet, well, it appears in the King Kaliente mission. But it seems that the hidden area the pipe leads to is only programmed during that mission specifically, as it's gone in this one (the lone pipe in the middle of the nowhere is the only thing that remains, since it's model and programation are separated of the planet.

Thanks to this video, I have noted that the Low-poly version of Dino Piranha's Planet (Geo Planet) has some terrain with colorful "star decoration" seen also in the pill planet and in the beta "HomePlanet", whereas the high-polygon version those patches have the same soil texture as the other patches of the planet...

It's not a beta remnant. There was a mission once where you actually go to that moon, and there's a weird spherical chamber inside, kinda like the room inside the house on the starting planet.

That mission I mentioned is in the final game, King Kaliente's Battle Fleet, in the Good Egg Galaxy (last star in first galaxy). The chamber is filled with Goombas, and a Rainbow Star, then, after getting out of the planet, you go on to the next planet.

And, on the opposite side of the planet, there's a Sling Star (or was it a Launch Star? Hmm...) and rolling around the equator were two Incoming Chomps. You land right next to the Sling Star/Launch Star, and thus you're given the option to skip the moon entirely. However, if you're brave, you can dodge the Chomps and go into the chamber via the pipe. Kill all the Goombas, then get the Rainbow Star. Get out of there and go on to the next planet.

actually I think that alot of these planets are like... almost exactly like planets from other galaxies. That tube think at the end was in the space junk galaxy (or maybe some other galaxy i dont remember.) The thing with no lava was filled with lava in a boss fight on another galaxy. (Maybe freezeflame?) and some of the others look familiar as well

This is Called "Developers Edition", only accesable through cheats. Basically, This is what developers do to try out game mechanics, such as swimming, pipes etc. Then, instead of removing them, pixel by pixes, They put them far from where you'll be without cheats, and in some case's, invicible.
