@raigekimaru I agree. He seems like a 3w4 that seems to think or wants to believe that he's a 4w3. He seems way too structured, more of a thinker than a feeler, very articulate (which is the opposite of 4s, 4s having mostly abstract rather than concrete thoughts) and definitely too extroverted to be a straight up 4.

The need to be special seems a lot more tied to achievement, being uniquely capable. 3:30 "Pay attention to me" sounds a lot more like the 3's fear of being worthless and a desire for recognition, than a 4's fear of having no strong identity "Who am I?" It sounds like he's imposing the model of a 4 onto his personality, but the emotion behind this doesn't feel like a 4.
I think 4s can be exceptional leaders if they can escape the fantasy world and be present. When integrating to 1, 4s find structure and discipline which gives them a foundation in which to present their creative depth in real world successes. If not careful 4s can definitely become wasted talent. It's a beautiful thing to see healthy 4s expressing their intuition and originality.
This guy seems like the best example of a 4 I have seen on Youtube so far. Especially where he mentions he will stir things up in meetings. This sounds a bit like the "dauntless" 4. (Especially if you're stirring things up and you're not the boss!)
This individual has a strong connection to 1. He definitely strikes me as a 4. I sense SO subtype with him, 1st or 2nd in his stacking. I wonder if he is a 4w3?
