  • mr man, you're not alone. as you've bravely gone public about a few things, so shall i.

for years i've suffered from anxiety attacks, i suspect my better half is slowly becoming aware of it but see's me as being snappy right now... the reason being that i honestly feel weak when i think that something thats within myself, within my own mind, can get the better of me and admitting it to her is really hard for me.

    when i get back there... you..me...coffee x

  • Oh my dear, you are so so so so not alone. Agoraphobia alone can be totally paralyzing - I've struggled on and off with it since my parents passed away... I've recently started reading "When Everything Changes, Change Everything" by Neale Donald Walsh, which I'm finding so far has had a really positive impact. If you ever wanna just vent sweetie, send me a facebook message. I'm here for you!

  • you know anxiety can be cured pretty fast with no drugs or therapy. All you need to do is eat stress for breakfast and exercise. No bull, no self motivating books, no psyching yourself up. Just simply do and the rest will fall in place. Thinking about it just makes it worse.
