  • No it is the oxygen going into the lettuce. We tried it with regular water and the one with water actually settled and lost height.

  • @larrylaverne1 That may be true, Larry, but this video fails to make your case and, at same time, casts an unfavorable light on a good technology and the firm. No control sample used in Romaine lettuce test. In iceberg lettuce test, control lettuce wasn't even washed in tap water whereas experimental subject was washed in ozonated water. May I suggest you scrap this video, repeat experiment using the most basic scientific methods, and post those visual results on youtube.

  • lol it is the water absorption, not ozone working...

  • This will happen with any veggies that absorb water. You'll notice it immediately when you put alfalfa sprouts from the grocery store in a colander and rinse it with water. Not that ozone is bad - it's good. But......this video is a little misleading.

  • it seems it would be a more accurate comparison if the control item was soaked or rinsed with similar quantity of non ozonated water. Because we know that plants tend to absorbed water, this woul clafify any differences in amount of absorption. And it may be usefull to get a longer time lapse, such as a couple days to get a sense of the difference over longer period of time.

  • omg it's alive haha! I think I will be purchasing one of these...
