Well, from what I've heard they said that they're gonna try and be the next Metallica. To be honest, they shouldn't be trying to act like anyone else because that's a horrible way to go and it makes both bands look bad. Trivium should just focus on being, well, Trivium, for the sake of themselves and their fans.
