For the feet of the rail use old tech decks with the graphic sticking upwards, drill through, and then the nose and the tail should keep the ground/table/flat surface flush with the head of thescrew. Old tech decks don't take up as much space, and its more durable.

Hey man. I saw the exact same rounded rail at Home Depot, before I saw this vid. I bought it, took it home, and found some spare wood. Cut two rectangle shaped pieces of wood and drilled holes in em. Then I took a larger drill bit and made room so the top of the screw could fit in. Put the screw with a washer and connected it all.. If you're gonna do this, do it with wood.. It is much more solid and it looks nicer.
