  • Don't you

Know you're only supposed to shoot out in the country or someones farm with permission not city limits unless is a death or life situation....i have the same revolver i enjoy shooting it very much. You forgot to mention when changing cylinders make sure the pin clicks when aligning it otherwise it can jam or create an issue ... Peace!!

  • My bro just got one for 100 bux. It's really cool, but doesn't have the magnum cylinder. Anything i should know about it. what grain ammo is good for it? And why did they hawk it for 100 dolla? I want a ruger, i hear they are very accurate!!!

  • @ZeDirtyGary any .22Lr ammo is fine,I've been using Colibris for back yard shooting lately because they're quiet. You probably gotb it for $100 because it didn't come with the extra cylinder. it's a great gun.

  • sorry for the double post

  • lol not shooting in your backyard is a REALLY good idea. especially when i can hear a busy road way in the background. and im glad you caught that you already had the magnum cylinder in. i know from personal experience you can shoot .22lr through the magnum cylinder but i personally dont recomend it. it may damage something

  • @amyhuk Did this video right behind my house,I usually shoot further back.

  • @FabioCrow07770 Shoot further back lest I give you a whipping, boy.

  • lol not shooting in your backyard is a REALLY good idea. especially when i can hear a busy road way in the background

  • Usually you can buy guns and have them shipped to a FFL dealer that will release the gun to you, but I don't think they will do that for california.

  • kool gun reveiw liked the gun

  • holster, not case :P also, how old is this gun? all the single six heritage 22's i see have fixed rear sights and a more solid looking hammer that half-cocks rather then sits at the safety position.

  • hey do you know where i could find a rough rider under 120$

  • @dreamingsnake

If you find out, let me know too. The cheapest ones I can find in stores are about $240.

  • @Flashmikko I bought one 2 weeks ago at Academy for $149

  • @capnrob97

Thank you for answering my question; unfortunately it doesn't seem that there are Academy stores here in California. LOL- I probably should have mentioned that earlier that I'm stuck buying one here!

  • Is this one the all steel frame or the zinc pot metal one? I bought one back in 2000 with the zinc frame and its held up better than I thought it would. You do need to loc-tite all the screws because they will work themselves loose when you fire it a few times. Mine has a slightly different hammer its solid steel not some cast looking bit like this one has. I paid $120 for it so I wasn't too disapointed.

  • i saw this in the January 2011 issue of American Rifleman

  • @kiryu2000 ya It's a good gun

  • Great gun !

  • that case is called a holster

  • I love these little guns but they arent made for a modern day shootout haha hold onnnnn let me reload

  • the police are use to thoses semi autos lol probly why they didnt know how to open the clyenders lol great video

  • Hey Fabio, Long time no talk my man. Me and my boy are both getting this gun. We said we were 2 years agon, now we are both about to be 21. He's getting the same one as you have but with fixed sights, I am getting the fixed sights with mother of pearl handle. Anyhow, nice review!

  • @Peidmonte89 it's a great little gun for sure,Only gun I can shoot in my back yard with out the cops coming lol

  • @FabioCrow07770

lol "so i'm not doing that" i live in city limits and enjoy plinking and varmit hunting in my backyard my neighbors have had the cops sent out here 4 times and each time they keep saying that next time they're going to write me a ticket. i'm starting to think that maybe deep down they know it'd never stand up in court?

  • LOL on the Locks

  • About $179 at Academy or Gander Mt. Just got 1 at Academy.

  • would this be considered an "Antique" gun? As in no paperwork required to own one?

  • nope,Just has the old time look

  • u look like johnny depp lol

  • not the first time I heard that =P

  • haha u remind me of kid rock thats awesome

  • I'm 16 and trying to get my dad to agree with me on buying one with my own money as my first pistol. I've handled guns for 8 years and im having a hard time convincing him. I've taken hunters education course and safety. I own a 243,22 winchester, two 20 gauge shotguns and an air pellet gun.

  • just do what I did. Give your dad the money, pick out a gun you like,Let your dad keep it in his room or in a family safe or what ever, then when you turn 21 head to the nearest gun shop and get it transfered over to your name...It's a pain in the ass i know....Or you can just get a black powder revolver...anyone with a card can buy one of those,They're just as powerful as modern guns for the most part and there is no paper work. every collector should have at least 1 anyways

  • @Damster242 yah i agree with him im 15 and i have the gun in this video a 12 guauge mossberg 500 with pistol grip and 20 guage wincheseter and a .380 semi auto pistol and they are all mine just gotta keep them in ma dad's room except for my 20 guage its on the gun rack in my room

  • well, i had the same problem. and again most of my pistols are cap and ball revolvers and a few others, but your dad probably doesnt want you to gang up on somebody or gang up on him or his wife to shoot him. its what i faced. more or less, i started off with a 44 cap and ball navy

  • @Damster242 If you own several guns, why does your dad not want you to have a little 22

  • @Damster242 why do you need a pistol lol

  • @jaksun93 For the fun of shooting something different. Handguns are not just for thugs and police you know. I bought my first handgun (under mom's name[great mom!]) a springfield armory GI 1911 .45 at 16 and never went on a rampage at school or shot my parents in the head while sleeping! Don't be so naive.

  • @robs104 What??/ when did i say any of that lol i was jsut wondering why he needed a gun?? you sure know how to assume things lol

  • would you recomend this over a single six ruger as far as quality i know this gun has the ruger beat by 200 bucks

  • i just bought this gun today and it quality isnt that high. the bluing in the hertiage isnt great i almost didnt buy it because of that but i couldnt beat the price. i would say choose this gun because its only a .22. go with the ruger if youre going to get a .357 or 45. hope this helps you

  • @clayton1clayton1 i might get the ruger later on but i will get this one for now just to shoot and do some huntin with

  • hunter blake

  • i was sitting here with my 3 year old nephew watching videos and BAM big ole f-bomb... thanks...

  • Lol you're welcome =P

  • LOL thats funny

  • i shot this gun today

  • Thanks for the review, bro. Can't you fire .22 shorts in that .22lr cylinder? if so, it might be a good way to get away with shooting at your place w/o disturbing uptight neighbors (?) idk.

On a side note, I'd love to see more videos of your .357 taurus :)

    TY

    ~Tator

  • I want one! Somebody stole my Ruger single six, 30 years ago! To expensive now, this one sounds good to me!

  • Get some Aguila Super Colibri bullets, I shoot them in my back yard out of a rife and they are very quiet.

  • you could prolly get away with subsonic in the yard

  • makes me salivate. i have a bunch of .22 boxes here that i need to use in a good firearm.

  • what da fuck is wrong wid kids i have two an would not trade tem for any damn thing in this world!!!!!

  • got one today love it.

  • When the cops came did they arrest you or something, or just advise you not to shoot in the back yard. It looks like you're in the country, so it shouldn't have been an issue. Lousey neighbors... It's only a .22

  • told me not to shoot anymore...even though all my other neighbors shoot and nobody cares

  • pvtdinky wow you really know much about pervesion , i wonder what you do with your free time?probably bang your head on the wall

  • play walker texas ranger?

  • because every kid in the US is a maladjusted gun toting psycho from Texas. .

    Quit stereotyping you snaggle-tooth twat.

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well said

  • and you bang your sister behind the trailer

  • 9 Months or 9 minutes, doesn't matter how old the video is, I'm going to answer people If they have a question.

  • Yeah REAL nice gun all 129.99 of it. This dildo should see if its accurate enough to center his forehead. Please no more of your INFORMATIVE reviews.

  • Nobody forces you to watch...or maybe They Do,i have no idea what kind of home life you have lol

  • NUTNFANCY is sane and rational. He doesn't sit by his posts around the clock paranoid that someone will find out he is a freak.

  • Oh Ya He's real sane...He only thinks he can fight a pissed off bear with a knife...ya he's real sane lol

  • It has occured to me that you are possibly mentally retarded and should not own firearms of any kind. Did you unlawfully lie when you filled out the paperwork to buy these guns. Someone should forward all of this to the ATFE.

  • Don't like my videos then go watch Nutnfancy's boring ass videos

  • amen fabio the retard sucks dino dick. im sad. this poor fabio guy probably gets stuck in revolving doors all the time. thank god he doesnt have kids.

  • You should never make a training video about firearms. You speak too close to the microphone, you cuss too much, you obviously know nothing about the subject(It is a holster...not a case) and you are nasty and need a haircut and probably a bath. You will cause people fear...rightfully so...and they will want to take our 2nd Ammendment rights away. Get off You Tube and stay off. You are harming society.

  • These videos are amazing. Fabio, you're incredible =)

  • Thanks =)

    I Do my best

  • In fact..... these aren't reviews at all. These videos are nothing more than a very poor attempt to show off your guns. While there's normally nothing wrong with doing that, you consistenlty make so many errors in in safety or information in your videos, you are actually teaching other to do things incorrectly.

You should stop recording videos until you learn about what you are showing.

You would garner a lot more respect from viewers that way.

  • At 3:31 you say "I don't have any .22 magnum bullets". Why would you? You can't reload them anyway. They're called cartridges you idiot, cartridges, NOT bullets. Christ, another hollywood myth perpetuated.

Why not learn something about what you are showing before attempting to teach others?

  • I thought this was a great review. Im doing some research on these pistols because im gonna buy one. Looks like the liberal vultures descended on you and left a bunch of nasty comments. I gave you a 5/5. Never was much for a Ruger, always thought they were a Colt wanna-be gun.

  • Thanks.

Ya I Can't please everyone lol

  • u were a kid 2 once u asshole! kids arnt bad.

    FUCK U!

  • Ya and I like most other kids were a pain in the ass lol =P

  • Ruger guy myself, those heritage tinker toys look like they would fall apart if you dropped it on the ground..Never cared for em..

  • I don't know about most but mine will last a life time

  • white trash at its worst

  • lol

  • Comment removed

  • with the low price of ammo You can practice and become a real good shot with it

  • Great gun for $115 bucks & $25 extra for the magnum cylinder. OR $159 bucks for nicely displayed version w/ the wooden display case, fancy grips and magnum cylinder. Plus you can shoot anything you want in it, long, short, long rifle and magnum. Heritage is the Henry of pistols.

  • Great little gun for plinking

  • Ya,I Love it

  • i have that gun. mine was used with a custom grip, and mine didn't come with magnum cylinder which sux.

  • It's a cool little gun, definitely worth the money I Paid for it.

You could always Buy the mag cylinder later.

  • 3:44 i thought those things were called holsters

  • Lol Ya I Know....I Don't know...I Think the sun was getting to me that day lol

  • Hey i bought that exact gun just for shits and giggles, did yours come with that extra revolver or did u buy it? if i would have seen your video sooner it would have saved me like 10 minutes to take out that revolver lol.

  • mine came with the extra

  • single action or double action?

  • It's a Single action

  • dose the cylnder rotate when you pull the hamer back.

  • Yep it Does

  • Nice review and absolutely beautiful revolver. The exchangeable .22 magnum cylinder seems like an interesting feature, though I'm under the impression that very few people actually use .22 mag.

The only bad thing about this video was the sound... man, what crappy quality, it sounds awful. :-)

  • I got one of these guns a few months back, and I like it a lot. I have fifty or so 22 magnum rounds, which I think would be a better round for self defense. But it's nice that I can practice with the 22 LR bullets, which are much cheaper.

  • I thhought about buying a heritage, still might cant beat them for $150. I opted for the Ruger single six. I've shot several Heritage .22's and have shot a friends Colt peacemaker scout. Overall, if your just looking for a good gun to shoot, and dont want to spend $400+ the Heritage is the way to go.

  • It's a real solid gun! =)

  • are these good for there price? and have you shot any game like squirrels or rabbits with this?

  • These are real good for the price, built solid and will last forever! =). Haven't shot any animals with it But it will kill small animals .

  • I have one of these guns and i Love it I just got it this year and havent been out much but I already got 5 sqirrels and 3 rabbits easy to clean and also very very durable

  • It's sure to last a long long time

  • i shot 1 of these 300 times and loved i want 2 buy 1

  • It's a fun little gun to shoot =)

  • thought about it but Na...I'm good =P

    I'm getting a 1911 soon,that's worth rambling about =D

  • Comment removed

  • bro i really like your video can u make a video of all your gun together?

  • do u need a licence for this

  • To Own No,to carry yes and no...You need a carry license to conceal it but don't need one to carry openly

  • Mine shoots alright, hit 5 in the 9, 1 in the 8 at 7 yards. (high winds) first time. Love it.

  • It's a great gun,built to last

  • I think I take for granted the fact that I live in a very "gun friendly" neighborhood! We all have firearms, and have nice large back yards that are surrounded by steep rolling hillsides "good for safely absorbing lead" Our neighbors will shoot one day, then we shoot the next... or hell the same day with each other! But we respect one another and we all shoot safely! As long as no pets are harmed, no shooting in the middle of the night,no property damage etc..The cops have yet to be called!!

  • yea i bought mine for 160 bucks a year or 2 ago. its my favorite gun i have.

  • Ya,I Love Mine. I Would never sell this

  • Looks lovely :D. It has the soul.

  • Ya,I Love it. It has that look =)

  • Hey Fabio, what state are you in ? Looks like somewhere green

  • I'm In Pa

  • man, I seen one of those in a store once, I asked to handle it, the clerk obliged. I was quite surprised something with the build quality it posseses was allowed to be sold.

  • Huh??? WTF?

I was quite surprised something with the build quality it posseses was allowed to be sold.

  • I agree. These are very good guns and that $217 will give you many years of enjoyment. I've shot over 2000 rounds through mine and have yet to have a problem.

  • Ya I Love mine! =)

  • im gettin mine next week which is awsome i think i got jipped a lil but i dont care cause with tax and everythin it came out to like 217 and i think its only got the lR but its my first handgun so i dont care

  • $217 isn't too bad really..even though you might only get the Long rifle cylinder. It's a very good Revolver and will last forever! This gun is built solid! =)

  • Ah the poor mans gun....No wonder I have one , but it is reliable.

  • It's a real good gun,cheap ammo to =D

  • sweet, under 200$ and i can shoot both mags and LR?? wow...im actually gunna get one, probably the 9in barrel though.

  • Yep =D. I Only paid like $120 for mine. It's a great gun,real fun to shoot.

  • a 9" barrel huh, wow. i'd prefer the 6.5" barrel. 9" seems too long, but what do i know here i am about to get my first Gun. most likely a Rough Rider.

  • 9" barrel is a little long,It's border line rifle =P.

Rough rider is a real good quality gun,You'll be very happy with it =)

  • Are you fucking serious?? Borderline rifle?? Man, you are a fucking dipshit idiot.

9" barrel is a little long,It's border line rifle

  • I bought one of these guns about five years ago. Took it to the range twice, the second time it broke. I told the manufaturer the place I bought it went out of business, Rustys out door sports, and they refused to fix my gun. So thats all I have to base my opinion on so I think they are junk. Do you really think they are worth another shot?

  • I Bought Mine Back In 2002 I Think and Took It to the range,in the woods, the mountains to shoot and Had zero problems with it. well over 4,000 rounds through It still looks like new =). You just Got a bad One I Guess,My .22 is solid as can be. I'd say It's worth another go =)

  • Very good I will give it another shot. No pun intended.

  • Sorry, but if you have to buy anotherone, that's closes to a 400.00 invested, You should have just bought a single six from ruger. The fit and finish is so much better. I bought my ruger single six back in the mid 1990's and it has had thousands of rounds, both LR and Mag, through it and it still looks and functions like brand new.

  • I Didn't have to buy another one. I Put about 6 or so box of 550 rounds through this thing and it still looks like it did the day I Bought it. I Only Paid $120 for it back in 2002 I Think

  • I have a Heritage Arms too.Mine costs like $190 though.Mine doesnt have adjustable sights on it either.I must have got screwed on that deal.lol

Im probably gonna get another one of them someday. They are good guns for the price.

  • Your Heritage and the Ruger Mark series are the only firearms ill consider for a .22, for the rest of the rimrifle cals for me its .17hmr all the way =)

  • =P Ya It's a solid gun,Bought it for $125. Love That Gun. has That Old Time Look to it

  • wow im glad you guys have guns...... you all sound like a bunch of fuckin retards who should be doin drive by shootings.....

  • wow...I see You made your account today,I must have really offended Your hardcore street gang with my gun review...of a .22 revolver =P

  • ya your right sorry

  • fuck u

  • i have this too in 6inch barrel, havent shot the magnum, but the 22lr is dead on accurate. great gun

  • cool .22 i like old looking guns, they look so dangerous. you need to get a proper mic bro, cause i can harldy hear you. nice vid though! ;)

  • Ya,I'll probably do my new review indoors. The wind messes with the sound

  • ah i see.

yeah when im around my nephews or take my nephews shooting i thank god that thing has a safety on it so they dont blow there fuckin toes off.

  • Well that's why they make steel toe boots =P.

actually...Wonder if a steel toe could stop a .22...to be continued lol

  • i bought one of the .22 rough riders about a week ago and its really nice. i actually bought two of them.

they are amazing. i do marksman ship competitions and shit.

i go tboth of them and 2 bricks of .22 shells for 350. the guns are really nice and cheap too. they have safety's on them and crap

  • Ya I Like the safety on this gun. I Mentioned it in the review But cut it out on edit for some reason.

  • It kicks ass!!!!! I love that gun. Ok peeps thats why you go out into the woods or a shooting range. Safer for everyone, especally now days, they already want to take them away from us.

  • that's a nice gun though.

  • ha i have a 9mm smith and wesson and i shot a couple targets in my back yard, and i almost got arrested =[ the cops were mad as HELL!! so were my neighbors, they were mostly scared shitless though lol

  • I Hate Neighbors lol

  • yeah neighbors suck!!! that's why im gonna move into the woods!!! lol jk i don't think i'd do that...just some place more gun friendly.

  • Guns are scary to me...but I still love ya!!!

  • I got a Smith and Wesson 9mm Parabellum and was SO jazzed about it, I loaded it and shot it into the lawn. IN CALIFORNIA. IN THE 'BURBS! Cops were knocking on everyone's door, asking everyone if they knew who it was!! OMG, I never did THAT again!! I didn't know you could get magnums in a .22!!

I can't wait to see the rest of your guns!!! ((((HUGS)))))

  • Lol Ya The Cops are a real buzz kill aren't they? =P

Ya It came with two cylinders One For .22 Long and One For .22 Mag I Also heard from a few people It can also shoot .410's But I Dont Know.

I'll Post a new Gun review at least once a week and I Have 9 guns. *hugs* =)

  • Theres no way it could shoot .410 shells??? a .45 is the same diameter as a .410 shotshell

  • Well I'm not familiar with the .410 round what so ever, Don't even know what one looks like lol.

  • .410 is a small shotgun shell, looks exactly like a skinny 12gauge shell, and with slugs is about as powerful as a .44 magnum,.410 sheels are mainly birdshot and slugs, they don't make too many buckshot for them

  • Good to know

  • Hey, could you make a review about your Taurus as I am thinking about getting one myself.

    Cheers.

  • I'll Be Making a Video Review On all my Guns,My Taurus might be the next one I do
