  • she's a bit nervous, heh. This is pricey for a pinhole camera, but a cheap way for getting into large format photography. I love how it's marketed together with the different papers. What might be even nicer if there was also an 8x10 kit for about double the price. Then the contact prints or the positive papers wouldn't need enlarging anymore.

  • @mipmipmipmipmip Regarding the 10x8" kit watch out for our imminent press release for the Focus on Imaging UK show.

  • very good video presentation thanks : )

  • This is marvelous. Pinholes are relatively ease to make, but it is hard to get the best quality. Just saw some sample images from the Titan and I have to confess that I am amazed. You have really done a spectacular job with this camera This is one of the reasons why I am such a big fan of Ilford - your dedication to analogue photography is really uplifting to witness.

  • I have wooden pinhole cameras cost 10 €. Now begins the commercialization of the pinholes by the ilford capitalists ..... What a horror!

  • @minimalphotography I'm sorry to hear you perceive our efforts in this way. Producing the HARMAN TiTAN was much more an excercise in showing our continued support towards analogue photography. Each camera is handmade to the highest standards and is supplied with three different products in the box, it is not a high Margin product for HARMAN and is a relatively niche market.

  • @HarmanTL Harman is doing a great job keeping fine art analogue product's available. And yes, they are a private company and they need to make a profit. I for one hope that they do make a profit so they can stay in business. Keep up the good work Harman!

  • @minimalphotography There are many many other companies selling pinhole camera's and for a lot longer than Ilford have, have you or will you be leaving similar comments on their products?

  • @minimalphotography

    kodak have just gone bankrupt..

they did not innovate they let the market stagnate.

ilford is a great company that has one of the best customer service and feedback operations going.

this is a great camera made in the uk..if it gets more people using film great.

for your information the pin hole quality gives an image sharper than most i have seen.

this is very cool and the film it comes with is worth over 30 quid.

    ILFORD PLEASE MORE NEW PRODUCTS.

  • Sue, A great very natural and credible presentation. We welcome you and your product in the world of photography.

Innovation by recreating the basics of photography.

    thumbs up.

  • great video...

used a friends one last week and i understand why they are now sold out..

a simple superb design that can be played and tweaked with. the ability to use a film holder takes these to another level.

well done ilford please make more quick : )

  • Can I also attach roll film backs like the graflex 6x9?

  • @kalkun08 Oops missed this comment. The back fits a standard 5x4 film holder, like Fidelity or Toyo. Unfortunately I've not got Graflex 6x9 to test so you would need to compare the dimensions with a regular film holder. e.g. We tried a polaroid back which was thicker. The only way this would fit would be by adding shims to the film holder clips.

  • wow great iam getting one ilfords the best

  • nice british accent!!

  • Sue thanks and a very nice and informative presentation it is too!

  • Glad to see analogue products still coming out from not just the Lomography group.

  • I think I'll enjoy using one of those. It looks really good.

  • Retail price in the UK is around £150 for the kit, other markets are likelly to be similar subject to local currently rates.

  • Cool idea good for world pinhole day, how much is it going to retail for?
