The DVD is great.Even for absolute beginners-I highly recommend this one to start off with tribal fuson. Although I was hoping for more backbend practice.Anyone here who would suggest a DVD where the backbend is more in focus of the practice?

LOL Just went to the "Bellydance Superstars" here in Redding, the Rakassah West down in Vallejo, and 'the Extravaganza Bellydance" in Redding also!! So many dancers, so many styles.. i dance cabaret/egyptian, but LOVE the fusion movements of the tribal as well..

This is my base DVD. I have Sharon Kihara's, Rachel Brice x2, and Sera--I ALWAYS come back to this one--I just love it. I wish I could take classes with her but I am on the East Coast.

This is one ov my very favorite dance DVDs. she is an excellent teacher and very generous for sharing. Her drills are excellent and probably the most useful any I have ever used.
