Nicely done. I'm about to make this for the first time and it's good to have a little primer like this.

If you're going to make any future videos, and I hope you do, might I suggest investing in a wireless lapel microphone? It will reduce the distracting background noises and bring your voice to the foreground. They make a world of difference and aren't prohibitively expensive. I've seen them being sold for $75 or less.

That's a lovely kitchen, you can afford it. ;-)
