I would guess this is a presentation on TVB, because at one point, TVB wanted every artist that goes on their show to lip sync. They didn't want the artists to sing live anymore...
Clearly see they're lip sync, as they don't hold any mic. For this show, the focus is their dance. I remember they said they need to 鬥妖before this performance. Enjoy!
Their voice qualities are so clear. I think they pre-recorded their voices for the show and lip sync them. If watch at 6:14 Roman's lips don't move as the song keeps playing. It is still wonderful. bravo.

actually make that between 6:13-6:14 because you actually see it more clearly that Roman's lips don't move.
