  • That 5 Ton is not turbo unless you installed it.That truck is a M923A1 which comes with the cummins engines that is not turbo the only one that is turbo is the A2

    so the A1's come with the NHC 250, which is N/A, and a little over 800 cubes, and the A2's come with a 8.3 6CTA which was turbod?

    Could you get a standard with the 8.3 or was it only autos?

  • @civicallmotor CENTRAL TIRE INFLATION SYSTEM, THE A2'S HAVE THAT SYSTEM TO CHANGE THE TIRE PRESSURE ON DIFFERENT ENVIROMENTS LIKE MUD,SAND ECT.tHAT SYSTEM HAS A LOT OF SEAL AND HOSES THAT NEED A LOT OF MAINTENANCE, IF NOT YOU WILL HAVE FLAT TIRES EVERY DAY.

  • No,it has a cummins turbodiesel with 240hp and a allison automatic gearbox.The axels are still the same as on the old 5 ton m series,the timken axels.

  • too bad the 240 cummins is slow as fuck, it takes me a few mins to get to 60 haha... but i have got it up to 75 and thats scary as fuck in a 5 ton
