the sky looks the same in the videos from the indiana sugarland collapse(f-ing creepy sky! gives me an uneasy feeling).....and both were 'freak' storms that came up suddenly and unexpectedly..."there was no warning"

both were at outside music festivals/concerts...and were within a week of eachother...

im not going to say anything about haarp....

but doesnt anyone else find those to be kind of strange coincidences? maybe a little TOO strange to be just coincidence?

ik was er wel bij, in het begin was het echt heel leuk to de storm kwam en alles verklote. ik wens iedereen veel sterkte met het verlies van de overleden feestgangers, en laten we hopen dat er nooit zoiets meer zal gebeuren tijdens een festival.

en dan volgende dag hoor je wat er gebeurd is een paar kilometer lager in belgie.. enige wat ik heb gezien hier was regen en onweer en dan zieje dit denk je echt.,. ok.. wtf.

zo iets gebeurd hopenlijk geen 2e keer meer, Rip

Ik stond onder de tent die ge in de verte ziet. Nadat het zeil half was afgescheurd zijn we gaan lopen en iets later vielen die 2 pilaren om. Door die pilaren is er een dodelijk slachtoffer gevallen.

this is crazy i mean where i live in wilrijk near by hasselt there was a thunder and a rain 2 but this is really crazy :s i would be scared as hell:s sorry for the people that have lost their lives:(!!!

Ahh Ok, I live in Antwerp and here it we heard some thunder and saw some lightnings, and some rain.. But when I drove to my parents, which live in Herentals, in the direction of Hasselt I was really happy that I was sitting in my car and I wasn't outside, cause there the wind was awfull en the rain was a lot worse like in Antwerp.. So I really think that the storm in Hasselt was more local :)

Neenee, Er is 1 meiske op de camping gestorven, omdat er een verlichtingspaal op haar tentje is gevallen. Er is een koppeltje gestorven onder zo'n stelling ergens aan de tent, er is nog ne jongen in de tent gestorven omdat hij zijne rugzak wou gaan halen en de 5de is int ziekenhuis gestorven.

The same thing happened in Indiana over the weekend. These straight winds are dangerous. In 99 or 98 my town was hit by them. They snuck up on the town and no one knew what happened. The weather service didn't know what happened, the whole storm lasted only five minutes. The damage was unbelievable though!

@Shpliffz There was a very bad storm like this in Beijing a while ago. During the afternoon it was pitch dark, before becoming like daylight again. for about 30 seconds the winds looked faster than this and after only a few minutes of heavy rain there was nearly a foot of water everywhere and some cars were about half submerged.

We were standing in the Marquee when the stage and all started moving and everyone was screaming and running. But in the end, we were lucky :s my thoughts go out to all the victims and their families. This day started so awesome and sunny and ended in a disaster.
