Im just saying, all my friends and I saw the syfy's version and we all believed they 100 % ruined it. Im from the US and I actually watch the syfy's first and liked it until I watched the original. Its liked they watered downed it made the characters idiotic and focused more for an stereotypical teen book vampire werewolf story
@Voajus That happened to me too, I was caught by the plot never seen the BBC version, but got really bored with the US version, so I tried this one, got glued since episode 1...sorry! Im from the USA also, but probably I will give it a try when this one finishes so I dont feel that bad this is over since the US version will run like 15 episodes more than the first season of the BBC series.....

i recently got into this show and when i meant recently like month but what i dong get is in any vampire film, tv show or program whatsoever, vampires have weaknesses to sunlight but the vamps on this show are walking freely during the daylight as if its nothing and there doesnt seem to be any reason to explain why or what the reasoning is behind that.
@824theblackmamba the idea that vampires are affected by sunlight is a pretty recent idea. Dracula walked around in full sunlight all the time, and he's the most iconic vampire there is.
They ruin the show with the last episode of the 1st season, barely makes sense. The head vampire decides that he suicide by having the werewolf kill him, because somehow this means HE wins. Eh? Rubbish.

How can I find full episodes to watch?! Awful trailer when you think about it, doesn't represent the show or even give a feel for it at all, it was nothing like what I expected after watching this!
Many cheap DVD players are actually region free and you just need to know what code to punch in on your remote to unlock it. Computers are region free IF you have a program to bypass the lock. The programs can be found pretty easily if you do a search.
i live in the U.S.A but im British(moved wen i was 10...16 now) and the TV here is shit...thank god for BBC...the stuff they think of is brilliant...so thank you BBC and everyone who supports them... Top Gear, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Gordon Ramsay, Being Human....they;re all i watch...coz its actual good tv...not a bunch of fake americans on a californian beach running and squirting suncream on each other...i see it everyday...looks shit on tv...better if u jsut go down there :) GOD BLESS G.B
Being a Californian with family ties in the UK, I have to weakly agree and disagree with Pissedofftwinky. Yeah, TV sucks here, except for PBS, which is still mostly good. I've been kind of disappointed with the way some British TV is going. The costume dramas from the UK now seem slighter and more superficial. I like Gordon Ramsay okay, but do you really think he's quality? Great chef, but what a gratuitous trash talker--ugh.
if it wasn't for HBO and Showtime- we'd have nothing good or original--thank the folks cross the pond that Being Human has started on BBC America- I adore it!!

I agreed with much you wrote, but be honest the reason no one watched Terminator: SCC is because the films have evolved from a non morphing terminator into a deadly enemy who can take many forms. I'm a fan of Summer Glau (Firefly) but it was hard traveling back to 1984 watching those outdated terminators.

Apparently some time in mid 2010. A friend of mine bought me the UK DVD for my Birthday. Fortunately I Know how to make my player region free.

Many cheap DVD players are actually region free and you just need to know what code to punch in on your remote to unlock it. Computers are region free IF you have a program to bypass the lock. The programs can be found pretty easily if you do a search.

If I've said it once, I'll type it 1,000 times: why is US TV 95% shit and 5% gold whereas UK telly is a 50/50 split?
Absolutely fantastic show with a horrid trailer, as many have pointed out - startlingly the opposite of a lot of US shows :P
Thanks for posting the trailers and extras for us, though, BBC - we do appreciate it, even if the trailer is crap.

i live in the U.S.A but im British(moved wen i was 10...16 now) and the TV here is shit...thank god for BBC...the stuff they think of is brilliant...so thank you BBC and everyone who supports them... Top Gear, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Gordon Ramsay, Being Human....they;re all i watch...coz its actual good tv...not a bunch of fake americans on a californian beach running and squirting suncream on each other...i see it everyday...looks shit on tv...better if u jsut go down there :) GOD BLESS G.B

Being a Californian with family ties in the UK, I have to weakly agree and disagree with Pissedofftwinky. Yeah, TV sucks here, except for PBS, which is still mostly good. I've been kind of disappointed with the way some British TV is going. The costume dramas from the UK now seem slighter and more superficial. I like Gordon Ramsay okay, but do you really think he's quality? Great chef, but what a gratuitous trash talker--ugh.

Seriously, i think in america we r too busy watching crap like Gossip girl to think of something more creative, we are much too into poinless drama of the rich and privileged, ppl here dont want to watch great shows like Terminator sarah connor chronicles so they get cancelled. anyways i am always looking for BBC shows they are awsome :")

you summed that up very nicely! why do shows like The Apprentice or Survivor or a millions CSI's or Law & Order or American Idol stay on for years, and they are crap, but well written, creative, inspiring shows like Firely, or Terminator get canceled...I guess idiots have Nielsen rating boxes in their houses... live in US but prefer UK shows...for a reason...

I agreed with much you wrote, but be honest the reason no one watched Terminator: SCC is because the films have evolved from a non morphing terminator into a deadly enemy who can take many forms. I'm a fan of Summer Glau (Firefly) but it was hard traveling back to 1984 watching those outdated terminators.

@Solarissis I understand! I'm Canadian but we have all the same television shows as Americans do. And I could only wish that we could come up with anything as amazing as Being Human, Doctor who and Torchwood. Not shit like Gossip girl or worse, reality shit like Jersey Shore.
