I got my computer stock and it came with this card and I used to play F.E.A.R all the time with the setting all cranked up to MAX! except for volumetric lights.
anyway lets get to the point it used to run perfect but now when i run it F.E.A.R lags like hell on medium settings and also kinda lags in MIN settings!
No idea man.. you can try update your graphics card drivers becuase I have one game i can't play due to "older" graphic drivers. But I need to run f.e.a.r. at medium too cause after a while my card is very HOT and green pixels appear in the game. wierd
@SalzerX 6xxx is worst series nvidia company has ever made. well, i think that your monitor is simply not plugged correctly, i've had the same problem with my hd 5870 so thought that monitor was buggy, had to change to 1280 * 1024, then realised that 1920 * 1080 was simply plugged incorrectly, problem solved :)
the geforce fx series was nvidia's worst, the 6 series was a huge advance to sm3, 6800's were the gtx480 back then.

It should run MUCH better than that. Try 185 drivers.
This is indeed a VERY outdated card, it was nostalgia talking when I said it was stil awesome.
