@InsaneDwayne1 These are Morning Glory Clouds and they form every spring over Australia. Here is a video showing them over Louisiana.

Could also be "gravity wave" clouds, where air currents bob up and down like ripples on a pond.

not weird, its called a morning glory cloud, when two fronts collide and high pressure goes down. google it.
