Sargent Binkley Trial commences Monday December 8th, 9 AM, with opening statements. San Jose Municipal Courthouse, 190 West Hedding Street. Courtroom 25.
Hi Sargent: first I want to tell you, thank you for your service to our country, I can tell you this, the country is watching how they are treating you & we the outcome of this trial, we the mothers are concerned very concerned! We stand next to you & very proud to do so. God bless you, we are praying, have candles lit for you & your family. I will be in touch, you hang in there
That is really sad! My family and I will pray for him and all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice. Its disheartening to hear of so many stories of injured vets who are not treated properly and end up suffering even more than when they were in the battlefield. We just have to put our faith and trust in JESUS because only through HIM will we find peace and happiness.
Alan Lubke, March 10, 2008. Sarge is currently out on bail at a private rehab center in Daly City, CA. He is being treated for drug addiction, but not his service-connected PTSD. Jury selection for his SANTA CLARA County trial is scheduled for April 7, 2008. Jury selection for his SAN MATEO County trial is scheduled for April 28, 2008. He has pled not guilty by reason of insanity in both courts. My web site keeps you posted on the latest events in these trials: ojlubke-dot-com
