I can't criticize the people that do great things in Jesus name. I have not formed an opinion either way as to the legitimacy of this or not but, as I read a skeptics post on here and whent he pointed out the change of pants it actually gave more credit to this being genuine rather than to take it away. I can't criticize the people that do great things in Jesus name. I have seen the pastor of the church I go to also be "exposed", but it so happens that my entire family comes to his church, and my cousins work for the pastor and his wife and his heart is for the people, and him and his wife are committed to the church truly. 1. A few particles moving around cannot create emotions and love.
2. Nothing happens without a reason, everything needs a source of energy, e.g. combustion - fuel, children - parents, plants -sunlight to photosynthesize, laptops need electricity, and humans need God.

That is inaccurate. The brain and the heart work together. The brain produces the emotion signals (the heart has no such complexity), and the heart is a regulatory system (one of many) that informs the brain of changes.
Back to your original point:

I have not formed an opinion either way as to the legitimacy of this or not but, as I read a skeptics post on here and whent he pointed out the change of pants it actually gave more credit to this being genuine rather than to take it away. Why? Because at the moment of death the bowel muscles relax and feces comes out. This is probably why the family changed his pants. Ask any doctor and he or she will verify this. So this comment only made me believe more in its authenticity rather than not.

Even if it had been that man that you thru hate judge as worthless, Jesus would've came to die and save Him from His sins

God LOVES a humble heart and calls these people His own children, yes those that this proud and sinful world rejects are God's and belong to His kingdom. Those who don't believe and reject Him will suffer the consequence of torement forever in a place where God does not shine. God has the power to give you life.. but can also take it away in an instant!

@robvlob the Bible itself gives all the evidence we need to firmly believe in God, countless testimonies of changed lives of those who follow & nature clearly had to have an intelligent mind behind it's amazing design. Evidence is all around but a hardened heart will refuse to see. It is sad that many will spend eternity in complete separation from the one who gives life. It would be immoral for a just judge to pardon someone for doing wrong. But God provides a way out for those who believe :)

Asserting something is designed is not demonstrating design. In your mind what would a universe that is not designed look like? How does a heart become hardened anyway? Is your heart hardened to Xenu?

@robvlob I enjoy talking with people with high intellect and a willingness to discuss what is actually important! thank you for being both. I understand why you would say theists are using a one-way thought process of showing that God's judgement is indeed justified and yet the same thing accomplished by man is condemning. However Job 34: 1-33 is a good set of verses to look at regarding God and judgement. Also God only judges and condemns for purification, not for a human-like ulterior motive.

Why should we take any of this as nothing other than a huge contradiction? Could it not be that book is nothing but a collection of books wrote by ancient desert dwellers as a control mechanism?

@robvlob what evidence are you looking for? How would you like almighty God to appear to you? You know even after appearing on earth in the flesh, declaring who He was and performing miracles&healings many STILL didn't believe. And why would i chose to follow scientology when it is clearly based what a mere man thinks is right. A person with a harderned heart say's deep down 'i don't need a God, I am my own god, i live according to my own rules'. A child's heart is not hardened (Matthew 18:3).

@icu4uraqt Something demonstrable not "look its a tree that means its created" if I could accept that as evidence it would tell me nothing of the creator, who, when, where, why. I couldn't accept a holy book or a religions claim since there are several creation myths of which, if fact that wouldn't mean any of those creation myths where true and the real creation story was unknown. I'm sure there have been plenty of hoax miracles before and defiantly since which people believed. religion=manmade

Listen bro, we have decided to follow Jesus Christ. We put our faith in Him. And there is a feeling of love, forgiveness, and acceptance that you cannot put in words. My own friend (work mate) was heal by leg cancer from this same man of God in The Mighty name of JESUS CHRIST!!!! He was suffering for 2 years and his leg would hurt and stink really bad!!! I got the whole hospital staff as witness& medical documents as prove!!! God and the Devil is very real!!! So skeptics.. pls move aside! All Honor and Glory be to God!!!

Just something to consider....God is allegedly omnipotent...so he could perform any number of astounding miracles. Yet he supposedly found time to 'raise a 70ish year old guy from the dead' while millions of children (many of which are surely praying) starve to death every year.
Wouldn't it be a much more meaningful miracle if God were to feed the millions of children instead of raising a 70 year old from the dead?
Just something to think about...

Ever read the bible, specifically the New Testament? ESV English standard translation is easier to read. Jesus always performed miracles according to the faith of that person. Matthew 9:29 Then he touched their eyes saying, "According to your faith be it done to you." Do you think the faith of the pastor had anything to do with it?
