@whyiaskyou79 Hollywood remakes a film that is like Citizen Kane to the pagan/renfaire crowd, and the director slips in a mistake like that? It's almost like he was trying to sabotage the whole thing. In fact, maybe everyone except the people who bankrolled this movie were just having a laugh. That even kinda fits with the story's blue-state-vs-red-state theme.

See? Not every conspiracy theory has to be depressing. That actually makes me feel better about the whole project.

What I learned from this video: Nicholas is apparently a misogynistic furry detective who hates children and loves stealing bikes. Oh and he happens to be allergic to bees, which causes him to run like an idiot and tumble down a hill. All this together sounds like the greatest comedy ever.
