  • Knowledge is soo sexy!!!

  • that was freaking hilarious when he was talking about the clowns!

  • Hey, Im still very confused about the point of the human genome project. Isn't every individual's set of genome very different in terms of the nucleotide sequences and locus of the genes on the chromosomes? So how do scientists "sequence" the genes? I read somewhere that HGP aims to identify the genes in the human body. Does that mean trying to find a complete list of genes for all the characteristics on human beings e.g. genes for hair color, genes for skin color etc. etc.?

  • @hematitecrow heelloo!!!!......u knoe all the humans are abt 99.9% similar.....it juzt tat 1% genes which make us different!!!..........and each gene has alleles..........eg:height.....if u r tall its juzt tat tat gene which codes for tallness is expressed in u!!.... PS: human height is polygenic trait.....(controlled by a no of genes...)

  • @soumyasayujya Hello:) Yupp i understand now, thanks :)

  • @soumyasayujya To Quote the man in the video "That's true-ish" You forget although it may be a polgenic triat it's also effect by envirmental factors, your genes may say "You shall be 5 foot 6" but if you don't take in enough energy it cannot be converted into the mass your genes say should be.

  • again with the clowns! haha

  • thanks a lot for this videos makes so much sense....
